The Palm Event Center in the Vineyard is a contemporary winery estate in Livermore Valley Wine Country. Nestled in the rolling hills with a 180-degree view of the vineyards, this private event venue feels like a refuge while still being easily accessible to the Greater Bay Area. The main Ballroom is spacious and the perfect canvas for any event decor. The venue also offers indoor and outdoor ceremony sites for couples to choose from. Indoors, couples may marry inside a large barrel room with customizable lighting and the ability to hang additional lighting and decor. Outside, couples may marry on the lawn overlooking the vineyards. There is also an outdoor terrace patio for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres while watching the sunset. In addition to beautiful spaces, the venue also offers 5-hour event times, in-house catering, and a 4.5-hour full open bar. Included in all wedding packages are everything needed to host a reception - tables, chiavari chairs, linens, place settings, and glassware. Service staff and a day-of coordinator to handle all logistics are also provided. For weddings with a style of cuisine that the Palm culinary staff does not specialize in (to be determined by the Palm - i.e. Indian, Traditional 8-Course Chinese/Vietnamese, or Persian), couples are allowed to contract with exclusive outside caterers. The venue features a Grand Salon reception room, large enough to accommodate up to 400 guests, but intimate for smaller guest counts. In addition to reception space, indoor and outdoor ceremony sites are available. Outdoors, couples may marry under a lush arbor within the venue's walled garden.
