The ballroom, which overlooks Duncan Plaza, is decorated with hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light, and restored ironwork from the original structure. Indoors, the 3,500 square feet of space can comfortably seat 250 people in comfort. This room can be leased in conjunction with 2three4 to provide overflow guests with access to the mezzanine level for larger gatherings.
