The building's first owner, Thomas Brown, gave it the opulent moniker "The Grand Pacific Hotel." It is thought to be the township of Olmsted Falls's oldest remaining business building. It was added to the National Registry of Historic Places in the middle of the 1970s, and our founder Clint Williams finally bought and refurbished it in 1989 to serve as the centerpiece of Grand Pacific Junction and our primary banquet venue.
