Because of the impact that single-use plastic has on our oceans, The WCS’s New York Aquarium is working to green our operations and has committed to eliminating single-use plastic in our park and promoting more environmentally-responsible alternatives. We realize that this is sometimes a complicated task, but we ask that all those who have events here make every effort they can to avoid bringing plastic products into the park including disposable plastic utensils, plates, cups, and bags. KEEPING OUR OCEAN SAFE, ONE EVENT AT A TIME! Daytime Events: The New York Aquarium makes for a great location for all types of daytime events. Glover’s Reef Deck is the perfect daytime event space, sitting atop a 167,000-gallon fish tank, with views of both the beach and our Sea Cliffs exhibit! Evening Events: Have you ever wanted to be in an aquarium all by yourself? Now you have the opportunity to make our underwater oasis your exclusive event space! With multiple after-hours options available, you can utilize parts of the aquarium, or take over the entire park for your big event. Marte Hall is a family-owned event venue serving the East Williamsburg and Bushwick area of Brooklyn. Part of the BrooklynPartyHall.com family of venues, Marte Hall offers a flexible blank-canvas setting with an experienced management team committed to making each event smooth, organized, and memorable. The venue has been operating since 2015 and underwent a complete renovation in 2020. Its approximately 2,500-square-foot event space can be customized for weddings, birthdays, Sweet 16s, baby showers, repasts, corporate events, and other private celebrations. Marte Hall accommodates up to 120 guests and features Wi-Fi, an illuminated in-house bar, ductless air conditioning and heating, teakwood flooring, three restrooms, and dimmable dynamic lighting. A prep kitchen is available with a sink, refrigeration, and space for food preparation and staging. Marte Hall does not have a full commercial kitchen, stove, oven, or gas cooking equipment. Outside vendors may be used, allowing clients flexibility in creating an event that reflects their own style and vision

K’Far is an all-day Israeli restaurant, bar, and café inspired by the food, energy and warmth of the kitchens of Tel Aviv and K’Far Saba. The space includes a Show Kitchen, enclosed garden Patio, large Main Dining Room, and Private Dining Room. K'Far is suitable for groups of as few as 11 seated or as many as 200 standing.

Located in the heart of historic Brooklyn Heights, steps away from the Brooklyn Promenade, the building is a national historic landmark and features timeless architectural details, including stained glass windows, soaring ceilings, and hand-carved woodwork. This building features two distinct interior landmarked spaces, the Great Hall and Othmer Library, as well as multiple supporting areas for cocktail receptions or catering and event staging. Catering is provided by Purslane - NYC's the first zero-waste, carbon-neutral catering company. They are devoted to sustainability and to reducing their footprint with every event. The Harold Pratt House was constructed in 1919 as one of New York's grand Park Avenue Mansions. The hidden gem of the Upper East Side - We are the perfect venue to host a wedding, private dinner, conference, holiday party, annual meeting or any other event. The House consists of six unique rooms connected by a majestic marble staircase. Each room features original chandeliers, fireplaces and views of Park Avenue. Our adjoining Peterson Hall can be used in conjunction with the House to accommodate larger guest counts and features the latest in state-of-the-art audio and visual technology including a 22-foot LCD customizable video wall, a professional stage with furniture and full production lighting. It features unparalleled audiovisual equipment and capabilities including built-in video cameras, and sound . The sophisticated ceiling spotlights can transform this room from a well-lit meeting space to a stunning dramatic setting for dinner. Peterson Hall is connected to the House by a marble hallway.
