A pro shop, locker rooms, food and beverage services, and an event space to accommodate 220 people (banquet/meeting seating) and 180 (wedding seating) is part of the space, as well. Residents, visitors, and businesses will be able to hold a variety of events at the clubhouse, which will include use of the second-floor ballroom as well as plenty of open-air space.
