Union Square Kitchen and Patio Party Room
Unions Square Kitchen and the adjacent Patio Party Room have been hosting Events and Productions in one of the best neighborhoods in New York City. The kitchen features cutting edge appliances by Samsung including a smart refrigerator, a 72 foot brick wall, 16 foot ceilings and 14 foot windows. The wooden floors tell the story of the history of the space. It was originally a shirt factory in the late 1800s more recently it was home to Caroline Kennedy And subsequently a comic book company that sold a first edition Batman comic for $1 million. We have hosted many influencer events, corporate event events, TV commercials, film shoots, TV shoots, etc. We hosted nine seasons of Chopped Junior in our kitchens. We are very centrally located just north of Union Square in New York City.

Designed to beautifully coexist with its natural surroundings, it is the only Manhattan venue right on a lake—allowing you to host your wedding, Bar or Bat Mitzvah, or corporate event in spectacular fashion. While you’re here, why not join a 150-year-old tradition and explore the lake in a rented rowboat. Better yet, take a ride in an authentic Venetian gondola. With any luck, your gondolier might even break into song. Facility Rental Fee: The venue does not charge a rental fee, but there is a guest minimum—Saturday evening’s minimum is 165 guests, and for Friday or Sunday the minimum is 125 guests. What’s Included: -Five hour exclusive access to Lake Room, at 4,300 sq. ft space that is located adjacent to the restaurant. The room overlooks the lake on the South side with a 450 sq. ft deck and is surrounded on the West and North side by a 3,300 sqft English Garden. -Cocktail hour with butlered hors d’oeuvres, followed by a four course seated meal with choice of two entrées. -Wine service is provided throughout the meal in addition to a five hour open bar. Food and Beverage: Prices range from $165-$245 per person Extras: If a ceremony is held at the venue, $800 is charged for an additional hour. Also, NY tax of 8.875%, 9% gratuity (which goes directly to the staff), and a 13.5% administration fee is charged.
