Patent Pending is located in the cellar of the Radio Wave Building, a New York City landmark building where Nikola Tesla lived and performed his experiments in the late 19th century. Patent Pending provides an intimate private event experience that embodies aspects of both a discreet speakeasy and upscale cocktail club. Once here, your private party will be transported into the back bar, with a lovely, low-ceiling, mirrored foyer for eight (3 stools), five banquettes to seat up to twenty-two, and nine bar stools. Behind another hidden archway, The Lab at Patent Pending awaits with a large booth for ten, another booth for twelve, a dance floor and five bar seats. Food will be served in the cafe up front, and the entire space both front and back can be yours. For groups of 12 or more, The Lab can be yours either privately or shared. For parties of 40 or under, The Lab can be yours privately. For parties of 40+ we offer all of Patent Pending and The Lab. For parties of 100+ we offer Patent Pending, The Lab, seeyamañana and seeyabajo combined for a lively event. Our cocktails have been expertly curated by industry veterans of Dead Rabbit and BlackTail, and we’ve worked meticulously in our selection of spirits, design aesthetics and unwavering attention to service and hospitality. Gran Morsi named after the Italian word for “bites,” epitomizes elegant simplicity. This airy and convivial two floor Tribeca restaurant specializes in boldly-flavored italian fare with a strong focus on small and shared plates, many of which are cooked in the brick oven. Gran Morsi provides both downtown Manhattan residents and visitors with a dining experience and event space fit for whatever they’re in the mood for, whether it’s a special occasion celebration, a casual event with friends, or an intimate evening. We have several packages to choose from, all of which are customizable. Our events team will work with you to create the ideal menu for any event you’re planning. At Gran Morsi, we host a variety of events, including 1st birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, corporate dinners, cocktail parties, wedding ceremonies, receptions, group lunches, brunches, rehearsal dinners, we do it all! Our private event space accommodates about 125 guests seated and 175 guests standing. For smaller events of 20 guests and up, we are able to make to the private event space more intimate. We have elevator access for any guests who may need it. Complete with a large living green wall, the space exudes a romantic, intimate yet inviting energy. Our main floor space accommodates 90 guests seated and 120 guests standing, and is available for buyouts. Both of our floors contain a private bar, sound system, and three individual restrooms. For larger events we are able to open both floors for events and we are able to accommodate 200 guests seated, or 300 guests standing. All of our events come complete with a dedicated staff for the duration of the event to ensure the utmost attention.

You'll find a blank canvas ready for your to let creative side run wild. The Sixth Floor Loft is a 1200 sq ft loft, elegantly furnished, and with AV capability that is the perfect location to host intimate events of up to 50 people for sit down events and 80/100 people for standing events. It is also the perfect space to host your next press event, shower or intimate cocktail event and more. The two spaces can be combined to create a spacious 4000+ sq ft space, acting a lounge area, green room, break out room, or reception space.

Founded in 2022, The Broad Center is a grassroots organization driven by a bold mission: to dismantle systemic inequities and empower New Yorkers impacted by poverty, homelessness, addiction, mental illness, and social exclusion. What began as a local outreach effort distributing meals and hygiene kits has quickly grown into a vital safety net for thousands across the city. Our approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and rooted in lived experience. Our staff and volunteers are often members of the very communities we serve, allowing us to provide care that is not only accessible but deeply resonant. As part of our current fundraising efforts to promote our non-profit, we are renting out our Community Center for events. Our large, open space is perfect for a variety of occasions.
