Velvet Brooklyn is a cocktail bar and event venue that may be reserved for your special occasion. It is as luxurious as the fabric it is named after. With its exposed brick interior, vintage chandeliers, warm lighting and disco ball, it is the perfect space for an intimate event or a memorable celebration. It is 1,500 sq. ft with a maximum capacity of 110 guests. The interior includes two spacious bar areas, comfortable seating throughout the venue, allowing guests to mingle comfortably. Velvet Brooklyn is an ideal venue for a stylish and fun celebration where guests can dance, enjoy handcrafted cocktails, soak in the vibrant ambience, and share an unforgettable moment with a loved one. You can choose our Velvet Room which can accommodate up to 60 guests, our Main Bar which can accommodate up to 50 guests, or the entire venue for up to 110 guests. Boscobel opened as a nonprofit museum sixty years ago. Built between 1804 and 1808, it was originally the dream house of wealthy Loyalists. By the 1950s, after falling into disrepair, it was demolished. Preservationists saved as many architectural fragments as possible and reassembled them fifteen miles north, where the Neoclassical mansion was restored back to—and even beyond—its original grandeur. Boscobel was saved as a beautiful piece of art. Now an esteemed Historic House Museum containing one of the finest collections of decorative arts from the Federal period, Boscobel offers admission to 68 acres of our grounds, featuring lush gardens and a woodland trail. Located in the heart of the Hudson Valley, Boscobel directly overlooks Constitution Marsh toward the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, showcasing dramatic views of the Hudson River.

This speakeasy is located near the Williamsburg bridge with its own separate entrance on South 5th St. The space was renovated for creatives and is now available for your use. Thus, the look of the space is rustic and industrial including art murals and brick walls, and high pipe exposed ceilings. The floor has its original concrete, with small drains throughout. The space lets in very little daylight even during peek hours of sunshine. This allows photo and video work to have total control over the lighting. The space also comes with a multicolored LED light system that allows you to control the vibe through the space. We have a 10 foot long L- bar and small kitchen with fridge for food storage. The space is equipped with a WIFI network, great phone reception for any carrier, a powerful sound system with high quality JBL speakers wired together throughout the space, and a dj booth. All renters can use our hanging ceiling movie screen and projector to stage their own film viewings. This creative speakeasy space available for film shoots ,private celebrations, private dinners ,podcasts ,photo shoots ,special occasions ,art exhibitions ,competitions ,live showcases ,fundraisers ,promotional events ,networking events ,meetings ,film holdings ,comedy show ,art show ,auditions ,short film ,album releases , etc.

You'll find a blank canvas ready for your to let creative side run wild. The Sixth Floor Loft is a 1200 sq ft loft, elegantly furnished, and with AV capability that is the perfect location to host intimate events of up to 50 people for sit down events and 80/100 people for standing events. It is also the perfect space to host your next press event, shower or intimate cocktail event and more. The two spaces can be combined to create a spacious 4000+ sq ft space, acting a lounge area, green room, break out room, or reception space.

Our approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and rooted in lived experience. Our staff and volunteers are often members of the very communities we serve, allowing us to provide care that is not only accessible but deeply resonant. As part of our current fundraising efforts to promote our non-profit, we are renting out our Community Center for events. Our large, open space is perfect for a variety of occasions.
