1102 East is a wedding and event venue set on a historic property in East Austin, beneath a canopy of hundred-year-old pecan and native elm trees. Once home to the landscape design firm Big Red Sun, the grounds have been reimagined for events while keeping the character of the original 1930s bungalow and its mature gardens. The venue pairs indoor and open-air spaces for weddings, private events, chef-inspired dinner parties, and intimate live music concerts. A barn-inspired, steel-framed open-air structure offers a covered setting for dinners, ceremonies, and dance parties, while a newly expanded front garden entrance adds more than 2,500 square feet of landscaped event space. Flying V Ranch is a 450-acre working cattle ranch just outside Decatur, Texas, neighboring the LBJ National Grasslands. The property has belonged to the Warner family for three generations, and the venue took shape when mother-daughter team Sherry and Page Warner chose to open the ranch to weddings and private events after the loss of the family patriarch. The Reception Hall occupies the ranch's original auction barn, keeping its white shiplap walls, wood floors, and industrial beams alongside a chandelier for a mix of rustic Texas character and polish; it offers an indoor seated capacity of 280, with many adjacent outdoor spaces available for expansion. Just outside, an Outdoor Chapel opens through freestanding cathedral doors onto 360-degree ranch views, with white wooden pews, an arched pavilion with a working bell, and a pond backdrop. Canyonwood Ridge is a 12,000-square-foot Hill Country wedding venue in Dripping Springs, Texas, about 20 minutes from downtown Austin. The venue offers couples two ceremony options: an outdoor trellis with a Hill Country backdrop, and a 3,000-square-foot indoor Chapel with capacity for 300, built to serve as a weather-protected alternative that connects directly to the Reception Hall. The Reception Hall seats up to 300 guests and features retractable barn doors, while the combined Chapel and hall can accommodate 400 seated guests. Earlier this spring, Old Bison Ranch completed an expansion that included a big Celebration Hall with a capacity of six thousand square feet that was heated and cooled. However, you will not have the impression that you are in a building. With views of the pecan orchard and Old Bison Lake from every room, the Hall is a sight to see. A pergola and a wraparound deck have been constructed to the backyard to increase the size of the outdoor entertaining space. There's more to it than that. We've constructed a beautiful bridal cottage with a view of the ceremony area.. A unique event location located in Forreston, Texas and tucked among six hundred acres of woodland splendor, Old Bison Ranch is a one-of-a-kind venue.
