The Penthouse The Penthouse, which is on the 21st story, has a panoramic view of New York City. The Perch The Perch, on the second level, is accessible for private business meetings of 4-6 people. Chairs, a sofa, a coffee table, and a desk are all included in the Perch's setup. Private Dining Room The private dining room at Narcissa may seat up to 10 people for a private lunch, dinner, or meeting.
