Nestled beside a running stream, this family owned and operated 1831 colonial mansion is located only 60 minutes from New York City in the scenic Pochuck Valley, the heart of the Skylands. Our exquisite three-level home features wrap around porches and awe-inspiring views of the countryside. Fox & Bear Lodge is comprised of 8 lush guest rooms, painstakingly restored to preserve the original character of the house, while at the same time delivering modern upgrades designed for our guests' comfort. We've infused it all with a sense of intimacy and warm personality, honoring the buildings' solid bones and graceful architecture with timeless design. All rooms at Fox & Bear Lodge have their own private en-suite bathrooms. All stays include a continental breakfast with most of the items you find being made in-house or coming from no more than 50 miles away. Whether you enjoy it leisurely in one of our many common areas, or on the trail before a hike (grab 'n go bags available), you will start your day off ready for whatever should come your way. We LOVE well-behaved dogs (under 35lbs, 2 max), so feel welcome to bring them along for your getaway! If your dog is a bit on the larger side, we will review those requests on a case to case basis. We do charge an additional fee of $100/stay to help cover the costs of cleaning. We also ask that pups joining the trip are quiet and comfortable while unaccompanied in your room while you are out, so as not to disturb other guests. The Butcher Room can be reserved for intimate dinners and cocktail parties, and it can also be used in conjunction with the Fireplace Room for larger events. Leather and ancient cleavers are used to decorate the space. Retractable steel-paned doors can be used to divide the fireplace room from the main dining area if desired. An open fireplace and stainless steel wainscoting add to the room's contemporary design. The Sauna Room is a semi-private event area located on the first floor, which provides access to the energy of the main restaurant. There is a sliding steel and glass door that separates the main dining room from the private dining room area. Please keep in mind that this room does not have soundproofing. The Boulevard Room can be accessed by ascending a few steps from the main dining room. The space is flooded with natural light thanks to the large, floor-to-ceiling windows. Aside from that, the room has interior windows that can be opened to take advantage of the restaurant's energy from the dining area below or closed for presentations or a more private occasion.

The Space at Irondale occupies a restored nineteenth-century Sunday school in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, giving the 6,000-square-foot hall ceilings that rise 26 to 28 feet and a character the organization describes as "theatrical and contemporary with a historic feeling." A wrap-around balcony on three sides adds 1,900 square feet of gallery and café space, encircled by original stained glass windows. The space accommodates up to 250 guests in flexible configurations and seats 200 at tables with room for a dance floor — well suited to weddings, galas, benefits, and corporate events alongside theatrical productions. More than 150 lighting instruments and a full four-speaker sound system are available for use, and an open vendor policy gives planners full latitude over catering, décor, and other services. SOHO Lofts has three unique film-friendly open lofts located in the heart of Manhattan's intimate SOHO district. Three lofts which consist of ground floor / retail location, and attached basement, and a second floor. All these spaces could be either rented separately or combined. Privately owned, one-of-a-kind commercial loft spaces are available for rental on a daily or short-term basis. In the heart of Manhattan's SOHO district, this hotel is ideally situated. Product launches, exhibition spaces, fashion shows, film and television productions, and photo shoots are some of the most common uses for this type of space. The lofts have a total floor area of 30,000 square feet that can be customized to suit your needs. There are currently three lofts available: one on the ground floor, one on the lower level, and one on the second floor. There are also upper built-out floors available on the property as an option. This cast iron building, built in 1890 in a bustling area of Manhattan, was occupied by a famous textile manufacturing company at the time of its construction. Many of the original details can still be found in the lofts. Each loft is 10,000 square feet (50 x 200), and they are located on a stretch of Broadway between Mercer and Broadway streets. Natural light floods in through 15-foot-high sash windows that look out onto Mercer and Broadway. They also have an elevator. We found a perfect cozy space at the end of an unused alley off the Bowery in the fall of 2004, and Freemans Restaurant was born. The restaurant's concept was to create a rough, secretive colonial American tavern. Early Americans imagined the cuisine to be simple, rustic, and inspired by Old World traditions. We've held everything from weddings and birthday parties to movie premieres, luncheons, wrap parties, bridal showers, and business dinners over the years. For seated dinner parties or cocktail celebrations, Freemans has three private rooms available. The entire second floor, including the drawing room, or the entire restaurant, can be rented for groups of 30 to 200 people. Our intimate working wine cellar provides an exceptional eating environment. In your own private wine cellar, seats 10-12 guests for a sit-down lunch or dinner.
