  The Oak Atelier is a one stop shop for professional photography, private event space, and woodworking. We have over 2500 square feet of interior space and 5 acres of open and wooded outdoor space just outside of The Woodlands, Texas. There are four different spaces available for rent, each with its own set of characteristics that make this location genuinely unique. The majority of the furniture is manufactured in our woodworking shop (special orders are welcome!). We have enough of parking and paved access for you to dump your belongings. There is also a gray plastered pool for underwater photography, as well as a lovely white brick facade, making this place ideal for any shot or event! When I was trying to come up with ideas for this space, a few things came to mind. I enjoy both a clean, modern style and the flavor and detailed design of old world Europe. This studio is a hybrid of the two, providing something extra special and unusual. The 17 foot ceilings, massive 9 foot doors salvaged from old mansions, polished concrete floors, and exposed brick are just a few of the features that give this space its unique personality. We primarily serve professional photographers and offer hourly studio rental, as well as wardrobe rental and a selection of larger furniture pieces that can be put up in any location. I can personally attest to how amazing this place is for private occasions after having my husband and I's wedding reception here!

  Quinta Mazatlán is a historic Spanish Revival-style mansion and urban nature sanctuary in McAllen, Texas, set among gardens, walking trails, and towering palms in the Tamaulipan Brushland of the Lower Rio Grande Valley. Opened in 2006 and owned by the City of McAllen, the estate pairs a 1930s adobe home with the surrounding sanctuary's birding trails and native plant gardens. For private events, Quinta Mazatlán offers a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces across the estate, from the mansion's Talavera-tile-arched Grand Hall to a courtyard strung with bistro lights and centered on a pergola and water feature. The RoseMary Barn was then renovated from a dilapidated 1970s pole barn at the property's back to the lovely white venue it is today. The RoseMary Barn takes its name from the proprietor's mother. The RoseMary Barn is a stunning all-white event and wedding location located about 5 miles from Historic Downtown Mckinney and hotels. White shiplap is used to build the inside walls and ceilings. The venue features a large bridal suite with h/m stations, cable tv+mini fridge, a masculine grooms cabin with cable tv/hook ups for a gaming center+mini fridge, a large outdoor ceremony space shaded by mature trees, a large covered porch for cocktail hour, a bar kitchen for the bartenders, a large catering prep kitchen, and a 40x32 covered pavilion that can be used for a wedding reception. We have a generator in case of power shortages, and we are Uber-friendly, allowing cars to stay overnight if Uber service is required. For our booked wedding groups and/or families, we have on-site over night accommodations in addition to the venue. This two-story barndominium has a cool modern feel to it. It includes a white shiplap kitchen with open cabinetry, gold lights, and a beautiful modern farmhouse vibe. It features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two living areas. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, bedroom #3 has two queen beds, and bedroom #4 has two queen beds. The structures were framed by brothers. The stained glass was produced by grandparents. Stillwater Meadow is a wonderful event site in Aledo, Texas, called after the property's delightful pond and lovely meadow. For any wedding party to enjoy, our large site has a gorgeous wedding chapel, a tastefully fitted reception hall, and separate get-ready spaces. Wedding weekends are held at Stillwater Meadow, which provides an idyllic location. All rental packages include full access to a storage area stocked with decor for your usage. The Bridal House features a kitchen, mirrored salon, and expansive front and back porches. The Groom's Retreat is housed in a 1905 barn that has been refurbished. It has a calm ambiance as well as a patio space. Stained glass, mosaic windows, and antique pews adorn our Chapel. This medieval setting is enhanced by an ancient bronze bell and other wooden decorations. The sides of the chapel open up to provide the scenery of being outdoors with the comfort of being indoors for those who prefer to stage an outdoor ceremony. On-site, an antique rowboat can be taken out on the lake for unusual wedding picture options. The two-story Reception Hall, with its warm and inviting structure, can comfortably host up to 250 people.
