The hotel occupies a six-story building constructed in 1926 in downtown Lexington, Virginia, and restored into a 39-room boutique property. It is described as the only example of 1920s art-deco architecture in downtown Lexington, and at six stories, it is also the tallest building in the downtown area. For weddings, banquets, and receptions, the Grand Ballroom offers 4,200 square feet of event space, accommodating up to 350 seated guests or 467 standing guests. Smaller wedding receptions and gatherings can also be hosted in the Juniper Lounge, the hotel's on-site restaurant and bar, whose veranda accommodates up to 50 guests. Events at the hotel include plated or buffet catering with a customizable menu, event parking, complimentary WiFi, and computer hookups, along with staff who help coordinate details from planning through event day. As the largest hotel in downtown Lexington, it can also arrange special group rates on room blocks across its 39 guest rooms for wedding parties and their guests.

Founded in 1966, the Virginia Living Museum in Newport News combines a zoo, aquarium, science center, and planetarium under one roof, home to more than 1,100 native species representing every region of Virginia. Its "conservation starts with connection" mission shapes an event backdrop unlike a typical banquet hall: guests mingle among living exhibits recreating an Appalachian Cove, a Cypress Swamp, the underwater world of the Chesapeake Bay, and a limestone cave, with live animal encounters woven into receptions. The museum hosts weddings, receptions, corporate parties, banquets, and celebrations of all kinds for up to 500 guests at a cocktail party or 200 for a seated dinner. Ceremonies can take place in the outdoor Amphitheater or on the museum's main floor, and the rental extends to an outdoor deck overlooking Deer Park Lake and a rooftop patio with a 16-inch telescope for stargazing. A multi-level layout allows dinner on one floor and dancing on another, and behind-the-scenes spaces are available for catering staff and bridal parties to prepare. All rentals take place after the museum closes to the public at 5 p.m.

L'Auberge Provençale Inn & Restaurant is a historic bed and breakfast in White Post, Virginia, set in the Shenandoah Valley wine country. The main manor house began as a native fieldstone structure completed in 1753 on land once surveyed by a young George Washington for Lord Fairfax, and the property carries that history alongside a French Provençal theme throughout its gardens, orchards, and individually decorated guest rooms. A second property, Villa La Campagnette, sits three miles away on 18 landscaped acres with a private brick patio and seasonal pool. For weddings, the inn offers its gardens, terrace, porch, and historic manor house, with packages ranging from intimate elopements to full-service weddings for up to 60 guests, which include exclusive use of the entire property. Menus are prepared by the inn's culinary team and can be customized for ceremonies, rehearsal dinners, and receptions. The property also hosts meetings, corporate retreats, and small group getaways. L'Auberge Provençale's restaurant and bar serve seasonal, French-inspired cuisine, with dinner service Wednesday through Sunday and a Sunday brunch, alongside a full breakfast included for overnight guests.
