Starting rental fee starts at $500/hour minimum of 4 hours. $2200 for 1/2 day ($550 per hour additional beyond 4) or $3500 for the full day. This price is based on rental outside of regular business hours. Business hours are 9am to 8pm daily. Rental fee for entire space will depend on size of event. Please Note: We offer separate rates for photoshoots/videography shoots. If the facility is required to be shut down for the day, the maximum rental fee will be applied. Overtime: For shoots and larger events, if over 12 hours are requested in a single day, there will be additional fees for overtime (no longer guaranteeing the daily rate and subject to hourly overtime rates after 12 hours).
