The property was originally the vacation retreat of oil pioneer William Warren Orcutt, and its Spanish Colonial Revival residence — completed around 1926 — features glazed tiles imported from Mexico and carved mahogany and walnut woodwork from the Philippines. The grounds include a seasonal rose garden, a 700-year-old Coast Live Oak, wandering nature trails, a citrus orchard, a rustic barn, a courtyard fountain, and a gazebo. The venue accommodates events for 40 to 300 guests, making it well-suited for weddings, receptions, anniversaries, and private celebrations. Rental facilities are available daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and a guest house with two separate dressing rooms is available for the bridal party.
