The banquet hall, riverside covered porch, and open lower deck on the Ashley River are all included in the rates, as well as tables, chairs, linens, setup, and breakdown. The Flag Room can hold up to 175 people, while the riverside porch and terrace can hold up to 125, for a total of 300 people. On the Ashley River, we're inside the Charleston City Marina. For your convenience, a full-service commercial kitchen is available for final meal preparation by one of our preferred caterers. You provide all of the drinks and take all of the leftovers home with you. There are no corkage fees. There is no need to rent a dance floor because the Flag Room is 2067 square feet and has hardwood floors. We don't have a noise regulation, so you can have a band or DJ play inside or on the terrace. There are newly refurbished changing rooms and showers, as well as a bridal sequester room where you may be dressed on the spot. Open exposed wood ceiling beams, vaulted ceilings, skylights, LED lights, and spot lights Dimmable lighting and ceiling fans There are two air conditioning systems to keep you cool in the summer and toasty in the winter.
