Hazard Factory Outlet is a 3000 sq ft warehouse space we use for team building events and art shows. The outlet is managed by Hazard Factory, an industrial arts studio. The Outlet has 22 foot ceilings, a 20 by 30 movie screen, couches and a bar. It is very easy to load in and load out and parking is always available. We keep 200 chairs and 12 eight foot tables for our clients. This is a good space for pop-ups, birthday parties and presentations, or just to get people together for a movie night. It is low key.

Everyone who lives, works, or attends school in Mount Baker is automatically enrolled as a member of the Club. There are no membership dues to pay! The Mount Baker Community Club, founded in 1909, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization devoted to providing a meeting area for neighbors to get together, get to know one another, and foster a sense of community. Throughout the year, the Community Club offers a variety of activities and festivities. The Clubhouse can be rented for a variety of purposes, including private events, parties, off-site meetings, and other gatherings. You have the option of renting the full facility or simply the ballroom or conference room. The space is equipped with audio-visual equipment, a range of tables and seats, and a fully functional kitchen. If there is any equipment that we do not have on site, we have excellent working ties with numerous local suppliers that can meet all of your needs at competitive prices. Do you require a caterer? INFORMATION ABOUT US L'Oursin is a French restaurant and bar in Seattle's Capitol Hill/Central District that also has a small food and wine market. Dinner is served from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. Our market is open from 3:30pm to 9:00pm on Tuesdays through Sundays. In the market, you'll find a carefully curated assortment of fine cheeses, meats, and other speciality goods, as well as a large selection of natural wines, also known as vins naturels in French. Please keep in mind that proof of double vaccination (a card or a photo would suffice) and matching identification are required in order to dine with us. Anyone who is not seated at a table is still obligated to wear a mask. Our corkage price for outside wine is $30 per bottle ($45 for magnums), with a two-bottle restriction per table for each bottle brought in. Our market offers a variety of delectable things to take home with you; however, we do not offer our supper menu to-go.
