Tanda reveals itself as an exercise in modernized nostalgia, both in terms of design and concept. It is a playful passion project, shining a light on the cross-cultural story of tango by acting as a melting pot for new creative people and ideas to emerge. Event Venue: The new Sandhill Crane Golf Clubhouse is approximately 22,000- square feet in size with more than 15,000 of those under air. That means there is ample patio and balcony space surrounding the building. The outdoor space allows for significant overhangs and staging areas to offer shelter from the weather and includes the cart barn. A pro shop, locker rooms, food and beverage services, and an event space to accommodate 220 people (banquet/meeting seating) and 180 (wedding seating) is part of the space, as well. Residents, visitors, and businesses will be able to hold a variety of events at the clubhouse, which will include use of the second-floor ballroom as well as plenty of open-air space. Weddings, quinceaneras, life celebrations, bar or bat mitzvahs, luncheons, corporate gatherings, company meetings, and holiday parties are just a few examples. Requests for both inside and outdoor events can be met. The Enchanted Dollhouse is known for fabulous tea parties and themed decor for children parties, baby showers, bridal showers, anniversaries, birthday parties, weddings, holiday parties, small gatherings and more! ​ Boutique tearoom in south Miami unlike any other, a Victorian-Rococo themed Dollhouse awaits your special celebration! The Enchanted Dollhouse offers a 4 hour Private Event Rental for $200/hour for up to 60 guests. Only available after 5pm on weekends. There is a Dedicated Host to assist with the set up of your event; on site at all times for questions and support, and assists with clean up after your event. You can upgrade your party with a number of food stations, floral arrangements, decorations, cakes, favors and more. Photos are taken throughout the party by your hostess and delivered via Shutterfly photo viewing gallery usually within a week of your party. They usually deliver a minimum of 15 photos, often times its much more. However, they are not professional photographers, but if you’d like one for your party they have some great recommendations! The Enchanted Dollhouse will serve two types of tea, Paris (a black tea with floral and vanilla notes) and Peach Decaf. They do have other teas available if you’d prefer. You may also bring your own games. If you would like to bring a DIY activity (onesie station, build a bear station, etc.), requiring a table, they will prepare a small table for $25 for large table for $50. Items should be dropped off beforehand so The Enchanted Dollhouse staff can set up before your arrival. Fee includes set up and breakdown. For private events, no outside decorations are allowed as it conflicts with their service offerings, but they can work with you to create a custom theme or "mini theme" to suit your vision for the event. You may bring your own party favors to put a personal touch on your event.

Born in Miami on Homestead Air Force base and a graduate of the University of Miami Law School, Myles Chefetz spent most of his early adult life in New York practicing law before transitioning into the restaurant and nightclub business. Burnt out on city life, Chefetz was inspired to extend his expertise to Miami Beach when on vacation in 1994 he realized there was a strong need to improve the restaurant scene on South Beach. Prior to his arrival, restaurants in Miami Beach featured a club-like environment where each attracted customers on specific nights of the week, but Chefetz’s arrival marked the beginning of restaurants with a scene and a cuisine.
