The park's lush vegetation and wildlife create an environment distinctly unlike the surrounding desert landscape. Events are hosted in two dedicated settings. The Hay Barn, a restored historic structure managed by the City of Las Vegas, accommodates up to 250 guests for wedding receptions, banquets, and private celebrations. The adjacent Lakeside Courtyard and Courtyard Gazebo offers an outdoor setting for up to 275 guests, with pond views and mountain scenery as the backdrop. For larger gatherings, the combined spaces accommodate up to 550 guests. The venue permits outside licensed vendors for custom events, and weddings include up to one hour of complimentary rehearsal time prior to the ceremony. The Hay Barn was renovated to meet current accessibility standards in 2021.

The property sits against open pasture with views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, including Job's Peak, with easy access from Reno, Carson City, and South Lake Tahoe. The ranch earned the "Excellence in Agri-Tourism 2013" award from Nevada's Reno-Tahoe Territory Tourism Commission for its distinctive combination of active ranching and public programming. For private events, the ranch offers an 1800s historic barn seating up to 120 guests — complete with a full bar area and dance floor — as well as outdoor space accommodating up to 200 guests with tables, chairs, and staff-handled setup and cleanup included. Outdoor facilities are available from May through late September. Overnight camping is available for select events.

Two spaces accommodate gatherings of up to 120 guests each. The Serene Sunken Garden Courtyard offers an outdoor setting for ceremonies and receptions, while the Charming Reception Hall Barn provides an indoor gathering space with a classic ranch aesthetic. On-site catering is provided in partnership with Irresistible Events. Venue tours and reservations are available by appointment, Monday through Friday.
