Lakeview Events Center occupies 100 acres in West Laurens, New York, on a former YMCA day camp that has been thoughtfully renovated into an outdoor events destination. The property centers on a private spring-fed lake and includes a vineyard, orchard, and woodlands spread across nine structures. The renovated lodge features 16-foot arched beams and a stone fireplace, opening onto a covered deck and natural stone patio with views of surrounding meadows. A 60-by-90 white wedding tent with detachable sides accommodates outdoor receptions in any season, while a lakeside gazebo provides a scenic ceremony setting. The venue is fully solar-powered — 48 panels generating over 90 million watts to date — and maintains a negative carbon footprint through on-site recycling stations throughout the property. The Belvedere Estate, situated on more than 25 acres in Westchester County, is a one-of-a-kind property. As we prepare to relocate from 31 West 21st Street to a new venue in Lower Manhattan's TriBeCa neighborhood (location to be determined), we are taking advantage of this rare opportunity to envision and plan what the new Bouley will look like. In order to achieve unbreakable health, our mission continues to be to create the most nutrient-dense menus possible while immersing guests in a community of shared culinary knowledge. Pindar Vineyards is contracted for the site fee and wine to be served, and an outside caterer is contracted for all food, rental, and non-wine beverage needs. The following is the pricing. Wedding of Pindar The cost of the Pindar Pavilion and surrounding grass area, as well as a half bottle of wine each person, ranges from $3,200 to $4,500, depending on the size of the wedding. The party host is responsible for the tent, tables, and chairs. The party and/or caterer are also responsible for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The site fee secures the full tasting room for your event. [Availability to be explored at a later date.] In addition to the site rental price, a fixed $150 staffing fee will be levied. Corporate Gatherings Pindar Vineyards is always open to hosting corporate events. Smaller gatherings of 30-60 persons can be accommodated. The Pavilion charges $350 per hour, with a two-hour minimum. A half-bottle of wine is required each participant. On request, a tour of the winery is included. Experience the Courtyard... The Courtyard highlights a beautifully manicured yard with a tented stone patio and an authentic 1800's barn. It is an intimate setting but comfortable for up to 120 guests. Featuring two a beautiful oak trees where you can say 'I do', transform our courtyard for your country wedding. First grab a cocktail from the bar in the 1800's barn and in just a short walk arrive at the apple orchard. Take some time in the orchard to grab some pictures -and apples- snack hors d'oeuvre's and enjoying the beautiful weather during your wedding. End the evening with your seated dinner on the patio and dance the night away. A wedding at the Manor should be hassle free, and that is why we include use of the bridal suite for your wedding party. Having the bridal sweet gives you the ability to bring in your hair and makeup team so that you don't have to worry about going anywhere the day of. Enjoy cocktails and finger foods while you and your bridal party comfortably get ready for your big day.
