Pearl Box Townhouse spans three thoughtfully designed floors: a ground-level private dining room and two upper levels housing our retro-inspired cocktail bar. Each floor has its own energy and character, and they can be used separately or combined to create a dynamic flow and increase guest capacity. Boscobel opened as a nonprofit museum sixty years ago. Built between 1804 and 1808, it was originally the dream house of wealthy Loyalists. By the 1950s, after falling into disrepair, it was demolished. Preservationists saved as many architectural fragments as possible and reassembled them fifteen miles north, where the Neoclassical mansion was restored back to—and even beyond—its original grandeur. Boscobel was saved as a beautiful piece of art. Now an esteemed Historic House Museum containing one of the finest collections of decorative arts from the Federal period, Boscobel offers admission to 68 acres of our grounds, featuring lush gardens and a woodland trail. Located in the heart of the Hudson Valley, Boscobel directly overlooks Constitution Marsh toward the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, showcasing dramatic views of the Hudson River.

Originally designed by Calvert Vaux, Tavern on the Green was built as a sheep fold in the 1880’s to house the 700 Southdown sheep that grazed in Central Park’s Sheep Meadow. Robert Moses transformed the building in to a restaurant in 1934, as part of his park renovation. Through the next few decades, Tavern underwent several changes in management, but the iconic view of the park, and the addition of a dance floor, outdoor seating, and lavish menu, kept prominent actors, musicians, and public figures coming back to the restaurant to dine, drink, and celebrate. After a hiatus starting in 2009, the city searched diligently for a new operator to reopen the iconic restaurant in 2013. The city selected current owners and restauranteurs Jim Caiola and David Salama, previously of Philadelphia, who would bring a fresh, welcoming approach to Tavern. The duo renovated the restaurant with inviting décor and wood paneling reminiscent of the original sheep fold, and, with a seasonal menu more reflective of Greater New York, reopened Tavern on the Green in April 2014.

In the Historic Armstrong Manufacturing building that has been converted into 3 Unique events spaces surrounded by a mural park and living on the Pequonnock River. The Boathouse is the largest space and has the flexibility to seat up to 350 or 500 cocktail style. It has 27' High Peaks, Amazing HVAC & Ventilation, 3 12'x14' Glass Garage Doors that open to a 1,200 Sq Ft deck on the river with Lawn Access, 2 Green Rooms, 7 Gender Neutral Bathrooms, 500 sq ft catering area, natural wood floors and ample parking. The Two smaller spaces look like SoHo galleries, Natural wood floors, 14' ceilings and newly renovated gender neutral bathrooms. The Wilder Gallery is the 3,000 Sq and perfect for events up to 125-200 Guests The Armstrong Gallery is the smallest of the spaces and has a built in bar and part of the machinery to the oldest elevator in CT that creates a unique visual. The space is recommended for events up to 150 guests. The three spaces connect and can create some amazing "OMG there's more" moments!
