While we opened our doors as a hospitality company in 2023, the roots of our space are embedded into the city’s rich history, spanning over generations. Starting as a factory at the turn of the century to serving as home to New York City’s now lost neighborhood, Gasoline Alley, our white worn brick walls and charismatic wood floors are true marks of history. In fact, we like to think of them as proof that life happened here. As a nod to the magic that came before us, our name pays homage to the original title of iconic the Lafayette Street – Elm Street.

Set on a sprawling second-floor outdoor deck hovering just above the bustle of the streets of Soho and Tribeca, Twenty Three Grand is a dining destination inspired by its garden-like atmosphere. Perched beneath a spectacular retractable pergola, the restaurant can transform between an indoor or outdoor setting within minutes. Twenty Three Grand also features several indoor/outdoor cocktail bars and patios, as well as a dedicated space for private dinners and events. Main Dining Room Twenty Three Grand’s greenhouse-like dining room is an architectural marvel. With a glass roof and sides that retract in 90 seconds, guests can enjoy their meals under a clear blue sky or beneath the stars in a truly open setting. Even in the colder months, diners will always see and sense the vibrancy of NYC under the comfort of the pergola. The Signature Room This special hideaway may be customized to match your needs, whether it is for small parties of up to 100 people or large groups of up to 100 people. An open bar and a 500-bottle wine cellar are among the highlights. The Back Bar & Terraces This lush outdoor hideaway is great for business lunches and cocktail celebrations, with plenty of greenery, a fireplace, and various terraces.

TUCCI is a labor of love that honors the Tucci family's legacy, serving refined modern Italian cuisine and family recipes in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant features the distinctive Tucci touch across two levels of dining. The main floor boasts intimate handcrafted banquets, velvet drapes and floor-to-ceiling windows, making the perfect atmosphere for a sublime evening. The lower level dining and cocktail lounge has brick and stone arches dating back to the 1800s, as well as a massive, exquisite handmade bar to complement specially curated cocktails and private dining areas that resemble Tuscan wine cellars. We are Manhattan's only production brewery and restaurant. A thirst-quenching gathering place with a New York-centric food and beverage program. The Cola Club sets the stage for a multitude of live event possibilities. Perched atop a five-story cast-iron building in the heart of SoHo, the Cola Club features vaulted windows, bespoke furnishings, and plush soft-seating vignettes. Equipped with a full bar and catering kitchen, the Cola Club is the perfect setting for events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to non-traditional corporate events to red carpet soirees.

Color Factory is a collaborative interactive exhibit that debuted in San Francisco in August 2017. What was intended as a month-long run unexpectedly flourished as a celebration of color and creativity that lasted for another eight sold-out months. In August 2018, a whole new palette came to New York City in SoHo’s Hudson Square neighborhood. In 20,000 square feet, we feature brand-new participatory installations of colors we’ve collected around the city— hues that invite curiosity, discovery and play. Some of our favorite artists, creatives, designers and makers are teaming up with us to tell their unique color stories and engage all of your senses in unexpected ways. We hope that the palette and projects offered within Color Factory will connect you to the colorful moments around New York and in your own daily life.

Sadelle’s is a New York brunch institution located in the heart of Soho. Serving the best bagels in New York City, Sadelle’s offers quintessential classics like sliced-to-order salmon and sturgeon, chopped salads, and other New York classics in an updated, fun yet refined fashion. Sadelle's is available for large party bookings and for full restaurant buyouts. With a full buyout, the restaurant can seat 80 guests for seated events and up to 200 guests for a cocktail-style reception. Sadelle's 3rd Floor dining room offers a more private experience for parties of up to 40 seated or 50 for cocktails, while our Communal Table is the perfect size for groups up to 16 guests.

Located within the iconic Public Theater, The Astor is a downtown tavern where dining, cocktails, and performance come together under one roof. Ideal Glass Studios is an artist-run film & TV production studio, founded in 2004 by native New Yorker, actor, and artist, Willard Morgan. The original East Village space, was transformed from a 1950’s glazier’s workshop into an independent gallery space and art collective. It was run by a small team of creatives dedicated to fostering a collaborative creative community, and featured rotating mural walls, art exhibitions, film screenings and multidisciplinary performances. In 2017, Morgan opened The Atrium and The Mansion in NYC’s West Village. Here, high-profile film, TV, music, fashion, and art vanguards gather regularly to collaborate. The original space’s DIY vibe lives on in its caring and eccentric team, encouraging creators to present their ideas clearly and express their vision freely. Ideal Glass Studios was, and still is, a place for all to transcend the norm and exist in a space where alternative modes of thought and expression are encouraged and celebrated.

Whether you're hosting an intimate dinner or a grand celebration, Chef Jason Hall’s ingredient-driven menu can be customized to your group’s needs, ensuring a personalized and memorable dining experience. Cathédrale has three flexible spaces that can be transformed for your dream event. For smaller gatherings, The Poster Room can accommodate 32 seated guests. For mid-to-large celebrations, The Patio can accommodate 58 seated guests and 60 reception style while the Main Dining Room can accomodate 150 guests seated. For Full Buyouts, our venue can seat 250 guests and accommodate 400 reception style. Cathédrale boasts a variety of flexible spaces, including the main dining room, a stylish bar area with additional seating, and a beautiful outdoor terrace with a retractable roof. For a more exclusive setting, the Poster Room provides a private dining space adorned with vintage concert handbills and its own dedicated restroom—perfect for intimate gatherings or VIP events.
