Larkin's Sawmill is a historic event venue in Greenville, South Carolina's North Main area, just minutes from downtown. Housed in a restored century-old sawmill, the space retains original architectural character — exposed brick walls, polished hardwood floors, a stone fireplace, a rustic sawdust silo, and strung Edison bulbs — paired with modern amenities for weddings, corporate events, and celebrations. The venue offers two indoor spaces, the Main Room and the Patio Room, which can be booked separately or combined for larger events. The enclosed Patio Room can open into an airy, open-air setting, while an expansive outdoor lawn accommodates tented cocktail receptions or outdoor ceremonies, complete with a fire pit for s'mores stations. Altogether, Larkin's Sawmill accommodates up to 300 guests for a standing reception or 200 for a seated dinner. Full-service catering comes from Larkin's Catering, with chef-inspired menus ranging from grazing tables to plated dinners. The Children's Museum of the Upstate occupies more than 80,000 square feet across three floors in downtown Greenville, South Carolina, with 30 exhibits built around hands-on, play-based learning for children ages 0-12. The museum opened in 2009 out of one mother's vision for a world-class play-based learning facility in the Upstate, and in 2014 became the first children's museum named a Smithsonian Affiliate. For meetings and private events, the museum offers several distinct spaces. The Big Idea Conference Room, on the third floor, suits staff retreats, board meetings, and small receptions, with a screen for presentations. Be Anything Place, a round first-floor room with a projector and screen, accommodates large meetings or small receptions. The Café & Patio combines an indoor first-floor space with an adjacent outdoor patio, ideal for receptions, while the second and third floors, filled with exhibits, and the entire museum can also be rented for larger events. After-hours rentals allow guests to explore the exhibits as part of their event, with alcohol permitted and flexible vendor arrangements for food, beverage, and entertainment.

The 2,726-square-foot space occupies a building with 12-foot ceilings, open rafters, exposed brick walls, and plaster surfaces, with original works by local artists displayed throughout, giving it an urban gallery character alongside its historic bones. The venue accommodates a wide range of gatherings, from intimate dinners to wedding receptions, corporate off-site meetings, quinceaneras, Sweet Sixteens, and holiday parties, with various rooms suited to groups from 3 to 100 guests. Housed in downtown Greenville's historic Huguenot Mill, the Huguenot Mill Loft at the Peace Center occupies the upper level of a textile mill built in 1882, one of the city's oldest structures. The 8,400-square-foot loft retains its original wood plank flooring, beam ceilings, exposed brick, and vintage architectural hardware, giving the space the feel of a SoHo artist loft while overlooking the Reedy River. The open floor plan and natural light from the mill's original windows suit weddings, corporate events, presentations, and large cocktail receptions alike, with room for up to 400 guests standing or 300 seated. An on-site prep area supports catered food service, and the space is ADA compliant with additional audio/visual and lighting options available for events. The loft sits within the Huguenot Mill building alongside the Freeman Conference Room and Ramsaur Studio on the ground level, part of the Peace Center's broader campus of event spaces in downtown Greenville.

Holly Tree Country Club sits in Simpsonville, South Carolina, in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, with an 18-hole golf course designed by George Cobb woven through the property. Four lakes and Gilder Creek bring water into play across nine holes, and a signature double St. Andrews-style green serves as the finishing grounds for both the 9th and 18th holes — a backdrop that gives outdoor celebrations at the club a distinctive setting.
