Blue Hill hosts elegant events at its two restaurant locations and at off-site venues. Blue Hill, our restaurant in New York City, offers a garden room that seats up to 16 guests and a main dining room that seats up to 50 guests. Private lunch and dinner events are available in these spaces. Blue Hill at Stone Barns, our restaurant located in Westchester County, offers a private dining for up to 14 guests and the HayLoft which seats 40 to 260 guests. In addition, meetings, outings and retreats for up to 260 guests can be accommodated on-site, with custom team-building activities led by farmers and chefs. Blue Hill On the Road brings our cuisine, staff, style and expertise to your guests at venues throughout New York City, the Hudson Valley and farther afield. Country Blue Hill at Stone Barns, our restaurant located in Westchester County, offers private dining for up to 14 guests and the HayLoft, which seats 40-260 guests. Private events are also occasionally hosted in the restaurant main dining room, which seats up to 125 guests. Over 15,000 square feet of indoor space is available for events of different formats and sizes. Corporate meetings and outings of up to 260 guests can be held with the option of custom team-building activities led by farmers and chefs. Weddings are hosted in the beautiful HayLoft and ceremonies can be accommodated on site. Our experienced events team can assist with all aspects of planning and coordination. City Blue Hill, our restaurant in New York City, offers a garden room that seats up to 16 guests and a main dining room that seats up to 50 guests. Previously home to production studios and a high-end gallery, it is perfect for showrooms, exhibits, and all sorts of immersive popups and events. The stand-alone venue has an extensive frontage and facade, offering flexibility for all sorts of branding opportunities. The interior is filled with bright natural light with high ceilings and a skylight, giving the space an incredibly spacious feel. The Claudette restaurant is named after Claudette Sammut, the 91 year-old mother of Guy Sammut, who with his wife Reine own two beautiful restaurants and a small hotel in Loumarin. Carlos stumbled upon the property on a sunny October afternoon and was so inspired by the beautiful setting, Reine’s food, Guy’s incredible warmth, and the Sammut family’s story, that he asked Guy – before dessert was even served – if they could name the restaurant after his mother. Luckily, he said yes. Claudette is available for private dining & large-party events such as cocktail receptions, dinners, wedding receptions and more.

This massive industrial bi-level warehouse offers nearly 15,500 sq ft of interior space, 4,000 square feet of outdoor space, and can flex to suit event needs from photo and film shoots to corporate workshops and conventions. The first floor boasts 16 ft tall ceilings and a fully operational bar. Stairs lead to an equally spacious office on the second floor with drop ceilings and cubicle buildouts. The space is operated by Queer Nightlife Community Center.
