Seawolf is a beautiful 40-foot-long by 25-foot-wide sailing catamaran, hand-built from beautiful Spanish cedar. Its guest capacity is 49. It sails from the Harbor in Rockwall, where it has a private docking area between the shore and the lighthouse. Seawolf is perfect for spending time on the water, with plenty of seating all over the deck if you’d like to sit and relax, and open space at the bow which is perfect for pictures. It also has electric flushing toilets and a large changing room below deck. Scott didn’t miss a single detail when he built Seawolf.

It was originally constructed in 1904 for the C.H. Alexander family and is an unusually well-proportioned design of English influenced architecture with a neo-classical influence that is still standing today. The Dallas Woman's Forum purchased the building in 1930, and it was refurbished and redecorated in 1967. The front columns, which are made of Vermont granite and are two storeys tall, are a focal point. The gateway roof is supported by the columns, and the entablature that surrounds the roof is basic in design. The porch is reached through a set of wide stairs, with built-in benches flanking either side. The massive double doors with patterned beveled glass are a thing of breathtaking beauty. The nostalgic setting of a turn-of-the-century mansion is the perfect backdrop for a variety of events including weddings and receptions, luncheons and teas, bridal and baby showers, holiday parties, formal dinners and cocktail parties, corporate events and organizational meetings. The ranch was purchased in 2014, and the owners first totally restored the white ranch home before building the three-story barn in 2015. The RoseMary Barn was then renovated from a dilapidated 1970s pole barn at the property's back to the lovely white venue it is today. The RoseMary Barn takes its name from the proprietor's mother. The RoseMary Barn is a stunning all-white event and wedding location located about 5 miles from Historic Downtown Mckinney and hotels. White shiplap is used to build the inside walls and ceilings. The venue features a large bridal suite with h/m stations, cable tv+mini fridge, a masculine grooms cabin with cable tv/hook ups for a gaming center+mini fridge, a large outdoor ceremony space shaded by mature trees, a large covered porch for cocktail hour, a bar kitchen for the bartenders, a large catering prep kitchen, and a 40x32 covered pavilion that can be used for a wedding reception. We have a generator in case of power shortages, and we are Uber-friendly, allowing cars to stay overnight if Uber service is required. For our booked wedding groups and/or families, we have on-site over night accommodations in addition to the venue. This two-story barndominium has a cool modern feel to it. It includes a white shiplap kitchen with open cabinetry, gold lights, and a beautiful modern farmhouse vibe. It features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two living areas. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, bedroom #3 has two queen beds, and bedroom #4 has two queen beds. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath, bedroom #2 has a queen bed, bedroom #3 has two queen beds, and bedroom #4 has two queen beds. It is a little over 2000 square feet and can sleep up to 12 people. Our three-story barn has it on the second and third floors.
