Venue 412 is a 12,422 sq ft, two-level event venue at 412 Broadway in San Francisco's North Beach, on the edge of the Financial District. We host corporate events, wedding receptions, brand activations, fashion shows, product launches, fundraisers and galas, milestone birthdays, music video shoots, and private buyouts for groups up to 400. The rental includes a full A/V package (PA, professional lighting, video to eleven HD displays, wireless mics, Pioneer DJ booth), in-house catering through our commercial kitchen, two private dressing rooms, four unisex rest rooms, and an artist green room. The versatile space accommodates events ranging from small gatherings to large scale productions including product launches, corporate receptions, sit-down dinners, photography / video shoots, fashion shows, art shows, film screenings, and dances parties. Capacities for events at Mezzanine SF range from 75 to 1,000. Mezzanine SF offers a full-service professional event staff and all the services necessary for the creation and execution of your event, including but not limited to catering, audio, lighting, entertainment booking, management, and custom décor. It’s a place to gather with friends and enjoy warm hospitality, food and drink, through an approachable menu and convivial ambiance. The food focuses on Italian cuisine through the lens of California. It’s our vision of Northern California as if it is a region in Italy, our connection to the region and our love for Italian culinary practices. The rustic, market-driven menu features handmade pasta, pizzas, antipasti, housemade salumi, meat and fish plus dishes from the Jewish-Roman heritage known as “Cucina Ebraica.” The restaurant itself inhabits a building with over 100 years of history in San Francisco and was originally built as a stable after the great fire in 1906 and before our takeover of the space, an auto body shop. The elegant exterior of the Club was created by renowned architects Walter Bliss and William Faville, who were inspired by the Renaissance's Italianate style to create an attractive, ageless structure. The Clubhouse's beauty and warm ambience are suitable for the Club's various member functions. The University Club of San Francisco was established with the goal of providing a gathering place for alumni from various colleges. The Clubhouse's first location was rented at 722 Sutter Street. It was eventually regarded too tiny to accommodate the rising membership, despite its elegance. In the historic earthquake of 1906, the Club's original location at 722 Sutter was demolished, and the majority of the building was devoured by fire. 800 Powell, once the Stanford Mansion's stables, was chosen as the location for the new Clubhouse. The Club's new edifice was designed by renowned architects Walter Bliss and William Faville.

San Francisco Historic Landmark #130, the Hibernia Bank now serves as a visible anchor for the City's Mid-Market neighborhood and features unique Neoclassical Revival-style touches, including its grand domed entrance and giant exterior colonnade. Formerly the home of the Fillmore West and Carousel Ballroom, SVN West amps up any event through three floors of raw venue space that are steeped in musical history. The main hall, reverently named Carousel, showcased dozens of concerts during its brief operation from 1968 to 1971, including musical legends like the Grateful Dead, Fleetwood Mac, Elton John, B.B. King, Miles Davis, Aretha Franklin, and more. Conveniently located at the intersection of SF’s two main thoroughfares (South Van Ness and Market), SVN West features over 100,000 sq. ft. of event space. The open floor plan offers maximum versatility and includes Carousel and its adjacent rooftop, along with a spacious mezzanine and additional ground floor event space.
