A historic basement rock n roll bar/event space in downtown Seattle. The space was previously a grunge-era recording studio/rehearsal space with tenants including Nirvana in the late 1980s / early 1990s. From 1991 on the space remained dormant until we opened in 2016 but the charm, mystique, and history remain.

The St. Andrews Ballroom offers panoramic views of Seattle, Bellevue, the Olympic Mountains, and Lake Washington, as well as 18-foot ceilings and an adjoining stone terrace, making it the ideal location for your wedding reception. The St. Andrews Ballroom, which boasts over 5,000 square feet of elegant space, can accommodate up to 350 guests. Our stone terrace, which is perfect for cocktail hours as well as stunning outdoor ceremonies, provides unobstructed views of the city skyline. It's the ideal location for photo opportunities such as a "first look." The Ballroom Patio can accommodate up to 300 guests in a reception-style setting. This spectacular, year-round tented structure offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Seattle skyline and is open from May to October. The Prestwick Terrace, which is appointed with grand chandeliers and removable floor-to-ceiling windows, can accommodate 350 guests for a seated ceremony and 150 guests for a seated reception.

Founded in Seattle in 1892, the Swedish Club has grown from modest beginnings to become a prominent presence in the Pacific Northwest community. Membership consists not only of Scandinavians, but people of many cultural backgrounds. The Swedish Club is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization with the objective of promoting a better understanding between the United States and the Scandinavian countries, through learning about, practicing and celebrating the culture and traditions of Scandinavia, with an emphasis on Sweden. Completed in 1961, the current building overlooks beautiful Lake Union and downtown Seattle, and is ideally located just a few minutes north of downtown Seattle. It serves its members as well as visitors and guests from other parts of the United States and Scandinavia. Among our several prominent visitors over the years has been the Swedish King, Carl XVI Gustaf. The Club hosts a variety of educational and cultural events and celebrates traditional Swedish and American holidays.

Historic Floral Hall sits within Everett's Forest Park, where beautiful hardwood floors, rich wood paneling, and a row of wagon-wheel chandeliers give the 3,000-square-foot hall its timeless character. A fireplace anchors the room, and the space opens onto a sunken garden that offers an easy backdrop for ceremonies and photographs. The single expansive hall seats up to 200 guests and comes equipped for full-scale celebrations: a full kitchen with commercial refrigeration and multiple stoves, a stage with podium, a projection screen, internet access, and on-site restrooms. Tables and 200 chairs are included, making it a practical choice for weddings, receptions, parties, meetings, and community gatherings. Operated by the City of Everett, Floral Hall offers hourly, all-day, and overnight rental packages throughout the week.

Baker Creek Place is an event venue in Bellingham, Washington, operated by the Building Industry Association of Whatcom County. Its 3,000-square-foot banquet hall and meeting rooms are flooded with natural light, with windows overlooking the wooded surroundings of Baker Creek, and an outdoor patio extends the celebration creekside. With seating for 15 to 200 guests, the venue hosts weddings, receptions, graduation parties, family reunions, conferences, and corporate events and retreats. Baker Creek Place positions itself as a blank canvas for self-catering couples and budget-conscious planners: a flat rental rate with no hidden fees or required services, a high-end catering kitchen, a built-in sound system, and tables and chairs for up to 200 included with rental. Setup the night before is permitted when the room is available. Set in the heart of West Seattle's Alaska Junction, the Alki Masonic Center is an 8,000-square-foot building whose 4,000-square-foot banquet hall welcomes weddings, business functions, charitable gatherings, and private parties. The hall pairs a polished hardwood floor for dining or dancing with a newly renovated stage, a state-of-the-art projector and professional sound system, Wi-Fi, and a 180-inch video screen the venue bills as West Seattle's largest. Rentals include 8-foot rectangular and 60-inch round tables and chairs, and a commercial kitchen with range, oven, refrigerator, and freezer is available to licensed caterers. Upstairs, a 4,000-square-foot carpeted lodge room with a vaulted ceiling and baby grand piano seats up to 300 for public ceremonies, religious services, or private gatherings. The building is handicap accessible, and ample free parking sits adjacent to the hall.

The Bruce E. Hagensen Community Room, on the top floor of the Water Resources Education Center in Vancouver, comfortably seats up to 160 guests. Rental includes tables, chairs, a caterer's kitchen, a mounted screen and projector, and wireless internet access, making the room ready for meetings, special events, and environmental programs alike. Tours are available by appointment. A wall of windows and a private balcony give the room natural light and a view over the Columbia River. The Community Room sits within the Water Resources Education Center, a public facility that has offered hands-on water education programs since it opened in 1996.

It was no surprise when Houdini hurled the deck of cards to the ceiling, but no one anticipated one of the cards to become stuck to a beam. The Ace of Spades, on the other hand, did. It was the exact card that Houdini's host had selected from the deck and inserted just before Houdini launched them into the air before they were able to catch their breath. In honor of the host, C.D Stimson, a prominent member of Seattle's early business and social communities, the card was kept on display in his home for the following twenty years. Willows Lodge was his hunting camp, and it was where he spent much of his time. The Stimsons, as well as numerous other prominent families from Seattle, had country estates in the valley near the current location of Willows Lodge. They reportedly partied, relaxed, hunted ducks, and created substantial business concepts on a regular basis, according to reports. It felt appropriate to carry on the name and spirit of the old Willows Lodge with the new Willows Lodge. An extensive photo collection at the hotel's special event room depicts the early years of the valley's development. Although the current Lodge, which opened in September 2000, is open to the public and guests are more frequently looking for a nice bottle of wine than a duck, it remains a "country place" committed to superb meals, a warm fire, relaxation, romance, and inspiring business deals, among other things. People were encouraged to stay in touch with their tradition and informality by creating a venue that offered the highest degree of refinement in cuisine, comfort, aesthetics, and service while yet being connected to their past and informality.

StoneHouse101 occupies a locally quarried sandstone building in historic downtown Roslyn, Washington. Built in the late 1800s by Italian tradesmen and coal miners, the structure first opened as the Piedmonte Saloon. More than a century later, it has been remodeled into an indoor-outdoor event venue where Old World stonework meets modern amenities. The venue centers on a reception area with a mobile bar and a great room that opens fully to a private, lighted yard ringed by garden beds. Custom wood farm tables, wine barrel cocktail tables, a fire pit or fountain, and a pergola furnish the space. StoneHouse101 hosts weddings, rehearsal dinners, celebrations of life, birthday parties, holiday parties, and corporate events, accommodating up to 120 guests from May through October.
