The property has been in the family for over six generations dating back to the middle 1800's. Ronnie's parents, Elva & Harold Payne, built the barn located on the property in the early 1950's and worked the land raising cattle and horses. The barn was a symbol of pride and hard work to the elder Harold Payne.
