Rick Crago purchased the farm in 1985, and over the decades the property transitioned from working agricultural land to a destination for weddings and private celebrations. Events take place in a rustic barn joined by an attached white tent and surrounded by wildflower gardens, with a pond on the property serving as a natural backdrop for outdoor ceremonies. The space accommodates up to 250 guests, with tables and chairs provided for up to 180 as part of the standard rental; additional rentals extend capacity to 250. The rental package includes setup and teardown, a cocktail area with high-top tables and whiskey barrels, a rustic bar, private bridal and groomsmen suites, a parking attendant, and a day-of wedding coordinator.

    Set within Jordan Creek Park in Concord Township, the Environmental Learning Center occupies a renovated former summer camp hall on nearly 200 acres of ecologically diverse open space, where the Big Creek and Jordan Creek tributaries wind through mature forest and deep ravines. The building was once home to Camp Klein, a United Methodist Church residence camp that operated from 1955 to 1997, before Lake Metroparks took over the property and renovated it into classrooms, lab space, meeting rooms, offices, and an observatory. The Environmental Learning Center is available to rent for weddings and receptions, graduation parties, birthday celebrations, and corporate or civic functions. Renters have access to several indoor spaces along with the surrounding grounds, including large patios, an outdoor fireplace, and pergolas, making it suited to both indoor gatherings and events that spill outside into the wooded setting. The facility is normally open to the public Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and closes to visitors whenever it has been reserved for a private event.
