The Forest Road Park Building is a rental facility operated by the Fanwood Recreation Department in Fanwood, New Jersey. The main room spans 43 by 35 feet and accommodates up to 120 guests, with heat, air conditioning, and restroom facilities. Available for groups of 45 or more and for any event requiring kitchen access, the building includes a full kitchen available for an additional fee. Approximately 20 tables and more than 100 chairs are provided with each rental at no extra charge. The building sits within Forest Road Park, which also features a playground.

Columbia Inn Restaurant is a Montville, New Jersey establishment founded in 1997 by brothers Ryan and Aran McDermott, both Montville natives whose family has been part of the community since 1982. The building itself has deeper roots: constructed in the 1870s as Montville's town hall, it later became an inn serving travelers along the corridor between historic Route 202 and the Morris Canal. The McDermott family carries on a hospitality tradition started by their father, Joe McDermott, who previously opened Harrigan's restaurant in the area. The Columbia Inn is recognized for its thin-crust pizza and Italian menu. For private events, the venue offers a dedicated party room accommodating up to 65 guests, with an events team that handles all planning so hosts can focus on the occasion itself. The room is well suited for birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, corporate luncheons, holiday gatherings, and similar celebrations.

The historic gardens at Planting Field make the ideal location for weddings, rehearsal dinners, and other special occasions. After the gardens have closed to the public, ceremonies for weddings and other celebrations usually start at 5 o'clock or later. To guarantee the exclusivity of your event, only one nighttime event is scheduled for each date. A payment of $15,000 is required to reserve Planting Fields for your private event, and the host is entitled to one year of Sustaining Member perks. The Woodlea Clubhouse was once a Vanderbilt Mansion that was constructed in 1892 and held by Colonel Elliot Fitch Shephard. Colonel Shephard was the founder of the New York Bar Association as well as the proprietor of the journal Mail and Express. 1910 saw the purchase of the mansion by Frank Vanderlip and William Rockefeller.
