    Space Available for Rent Shop Studios is pleased to provide all art production services to clients with a range of budgets, from the most modest to the most extravagant. This event loft Manhattan studio is available for film, television, photography, and just about any other type of event you can think of. It is possible to build, create, and fabricate anything you require at Shop Studios thanks to our in-house art production workshop and prop shop. Our site has two studios, Studio 1/ 3rd Floor, which has a fully equipped kitchen and access to our outdoor Terrace 1, and Studio 2/ 2nd Floor, which has a fully equipped kitchen and access to our outdoor Terrace 2. The second studio, Studio 2/ 4th Floor, is equipped with a prep kitchen, as well as a Greenroom and access to our Rooftop space.. Both studios have access to our freight elevator, which makes it simple to move large pieces of equipment and vehicles into our space. *With each rental, you will have access to furniture to assist you in staging and creating any set you can imagine*

    The Bell House is a two-room music and events venue located in Brooklyn, New York. The main room has a 25-foot-high wooden, vaulted ceiling, and a 450-square-foot stage which makes The Bell House ideal for various performances, large gatherings, weddings, and celebrations. THE HISTORY OF THE BELL HOUSE The Bell House, a state-of-the-art 8,000 square foot facility with a separate performance space and lounge, is centrally located between Park Slope and Carroll Gardens. Constructed in the 1920s from an old printing factory and boasting an 88 foot long and 25 foot high magnificent wooden barrel vault ceiling, The Bell House has quickly established itself as a major center for arts and entertainment in Brownstone Brooklyn. THE MAIN EXHIBITION ROOM The Main Room at The Bell House boasts 25 foot wooden arched ceilings, a 450 square foot stage, and unobstructed views of the stage from any part of the room, making it an ideal space for performances, large gatherings, weddings, and celebrations of all kinds. This space can easily accommodate 500 people standing or 200+ people seated at a time. In addition, guests can take in the scenery from the elevated platform of the beautiful 30′ wooden bar that runs along the West wall. This space can be used in conjunction with the Front Lounge for parties and events with a capacity of up to 600 people. THE LOUNGE AT THE FRONT The Front Lounge of The Bell House, which is located directly in front of the building, retains its warm and intimate character while comfortably accommodating up to 150 people. This space boasts a stunning 26-foot oak bar that serves handcrafted and local beers, as well as a comprehensive wine and liquor selection. Groups of all sizes can relax on vintage furniture and mingle in soft lighting that is accentuated by large windows that let in plenty of natural light during the day and allow for starry skies at night. Suitable for small to medium-sized private events, this space is ideal.
