This second, more spacious location channels a lavish French Brasserie, with its marble bar, banquet-lined dining room, and a Chef’s counter overlooking the open kitchen. The second dining room, the Palm Room, which can be reserved for larger parties and private events. Petit Trois is the perfect space for a wide variety of events including rehearsal dinners, wedding ceremony & receptions, galas, corporate gathering, cocktail receptions, and more! Since opening, Petit Trois has garnered praise from casual foodies to revered food critics. Ornately bound antique books line the walls, recalling 19th century studies and drawing rooms. Rich blues, ripe reds, and warm mahogany color the space, crowned by rows of exposed beams overhead. World-class cuisine is artfully served on handmade clay dinnerware, with luxurious offerings like wagyu rib and “lollipop” seafood skewers. This sprawling 3800-square-foot restaurant has already housed an array of private events. With 140-seating capacity, and 300 standing, it was conceived in part as a music venue. The Grammy-winning owner of this creative space ensured that it would feature superb acoustics during its buildout, contributing to its partial identity as a first-class music venue. The Meyer Constellation acoustic system carefully calibrates the restaurant’s sound and is able to shift the acoustic balance at the tap of a button. The pool is usually a large, heated pool with comfortable lounge chairs surrounding it for guests to relax in. 2) Cabanas: Private cabanas are usually available for guests who want a more secluded space to relax in. This is a lounge/club on the weekends and is open for rental spaces during the week. Each floor has a capacity of 500 people and the entire venue can fit 1,000 people. This space is perfect for company parties, anniversaries, and networking events. The venue can be rented out by each floors, if you need the venue to be private, please let us know when reserving the venue as there may be other events reserved on the other floor. The venue also has a gated parking lot on site with 50 parking spots and can fit more depending on parking arrangement.
