Located in beautiful San Diego California, BRICK is an industrial-chic, blank-canvas venue full of possibilities. BRICK is a modern industrial space, featuring rustic brick walls and exposed pipes. Vaulted ceilings create an airy and open ambiance, while 100 windows allow natural light to flood the room. BRICK can accommodate up to 220 guests for a seated celebration, or host a much larger cocktail-style reception. Our 24 hour rentals allow you to have access to the venue from 10am on the day of your event to 10am the following day, allowing you plenty of time to set-up and celebrate. BRICK welcomes you to choose your own vendors and can provide you with a list of recommended partners. Plus, BRICK is BYOB, so you bring in the alcohol, and we'll provide the service. The Kim Sing Theatre, formerly the vaudeville house and movie theater, was built in 1926. The Kim Sing Theatre was artfully reimagined in the early 2000's for private use and re-opened to the public in 2017 for the first time in 17 years.
