After returning from their vacation, the hospitality company launched LÝRA in the West Loop neighborhood of Fulton Market, bringing Greek cuisine and famous celebrity chef Athinagoras Kostaos to the Western Suburbs.

Our chefs are an integral part of service. Roister’s food is rooted in primal cooking techniques combined with modern technology when it produces better results. We have event packages to fit each of these occasions. Supper Clubs are a Midwestern tradition and our St. Clair Supper Club is named after chef Achatz's home town in Michigan.
