This one-of-a-kind venue, located at the corner of North 11th Street and Wythe Avenue, features 11,000 square feet of private, multi-purpose studio space and a 4,000 square foot private rooftop. With its flexible white-box architecture, open floor layout, and spectacular waterfront vistas, this extraordinary space has been deliberately built to support a diversity of applications within a historic three-story brick warehouse. The XX Venue is a high-end loft with a private rooftop in Williamsburg's burgeoning neighborhood.
