The Mariner III is a 122-foot classic motor yacht built in 1926, available for private charter in New York City from late spring through mid-fall and in Palm Beach, Florida during the winter months. Docked at Pier 60, Chelsea Piers during the New York season, the vessel offers panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline, the Statue of Liberty, and the Brooklyn Bridge from its open-air decks and salon. The yacht retains its original Gatsby-era character — varnished teak, gleaming brass fittings, and hand-crafted beveled lead crystal windows — while supporting a range of private events, from wedding ceremonies and rehearsal dinners to corporate gatherings, birthday celebrations, and photo shoots. When you walk through the door, you are transported to another century. Very vintage in appearance, and you can only imagine how many stories this wedding venue could have to tell given its over 100-year existence. We started early to make the most of the many floors that this wedding venue had to offer, giddy with anticipation for the big day to finally arrive. The main (2nd Floor) is a beautiful setting for your wedding reception, ceremony, and even dinner, depending on the size of your wedding reception party. The entire space is ethereal, filled with earthy colors and brick walls, as well as gorgeous wooden floors. From the windows, you can see the Queensboro Bridge, which gives you the impression that you are right in the heart of New York City. The third floor is a photographer's dream come true. A floor covered in antiques, mirrors, and props, which contributes to the creation of a very special vintage atmosphere for wedding photographs. There is also a piano, a red room for the bride to get ready in, and a large amount of space for couple portraits as well as large groups and family portraits to be taken on location.

CityView NYC is a multi-sport club and private event venue in Long Island City, Queens, roughly 15 minutes from Midtown East and the Upper East Side via the 7, E, and F trains. The facility houses five indoor Har-Tru clay tennis courts, three padel courts under a 50-foot ceiling, and four squash courts — alongside a contrast therapy spa, gym, all-day café and juice bar, a pro shop, and locker rooms with steam and sauna. For private events, the club's Member's Lounge and Bar accommodates groups of up to 150 guests, combining full-bar service with an active social atmosphere suited to receptions, celebrations, and corporate gatherings. In-house food and beverage is available for all event bookings, and valet parking is on-site.

A few months into the COVID-19 pandemic, Jarrod Fox and Taylor Lintz decided they wanted to bring back the joy of entertainment that the Williamsburg community was lacking. Taking inspiration from an outdoor movie theater, Jarrod figured if people can get together and socially distance themselves to watch a movie, he could find a way to make the same thing happen with a bar. His idea, TailGate Outdoor Sports Bar, grew larger as he approached a number of venues with the concept. Taylor then quit her full-time day job to take over operations and help invest in the bar, and the rest is history. TailGate Outdoor Sports Bar was made with COVID-19 in mind to create a one-of-a-kind bar and entertainment experience. Each table fits up to 10 guests, has its own heater if needed, a 65 inch TV, a QR Code for contactless food and beverage orders, and a hand sanitizing station. Parties sit 7-8 feet apart or have plexiglass to keep a safe distance while enjoying live music, sports, food, and drinks. Jarrod and Taylor have put a strong emphasis on being inclusive: whether it be a drag show or football game, TailGate is dedicated to hosting as many fun events as they can for anyone to enjoy.
