It's a complete room: cast-iron columns, 13-foot ceilings, a Fulcrum Acoustics sound system, and a 75-inch 4K touchscreen, held by the same person who hands you the keys. Quick Eternity's second-floor event space, The Gam, can host cocktail receptions of up to 50 guests or the entire cocktail bar can be rented for buyouts of the space.

Amidst the cozy, intimate, moodily-lit “Tudor Hacienda” décor, Chef de Cuisine Victor Santibanez (in collaboration with Executive Chef Brad Warner) has crafted an upscale Mexican menu designed for sharing with small plates such as fresh ceviches, tacos and salads, as well as more generously proportioned dishes like Roasted Chile Rellano, Lamb Barbacoa Tacos and Carne Asade. Bodega Negra also has a beautiful private dining room, that can hold between 18-24 guests, making it ideal for group dinners, office parties or birthday celebrations.

Chef Antelmo Ambrosio is a multi-award winning culinary expert with Merchants Hospitality. Antelmo, who is credited with improving the caliber of the meals, takes great delight in his original recipes and the top-quality ingredients he uses in everything he cooks. Antelmo's passion expanded over the course of his years of expertise, and he eventually had the chance to take the position of Executive Chef. Antelmo continues to broaden and develop his culinary interests since he can satisfy any palette.

Philippe Chow's Private & Semi-Private Dining Rooms are the ideal location for your event, whether you're planning a little get-together or a big party. We provide tailored food and beverage packages, a range of settings, and deliciously elegant experiences for you and your guests. Both the brand's distinctively contemporary appearance and Chef Chow's contemporary interpretation of classic Chinese food are upheld at Philippe Downtown. Bold red accents are used around the room to denote good fortune and joy in Chinese culture. The restaurant is open and adaptable, with movable spaces perfect for private dining options for gatherings of up to 225 people. Upon entering, visitors are enticed into the main dining area by a mirrored staircase lighted by subtle gold lighting. The seating options range from free-standing tables beneath a gold-leafed ceiling to opulently upholstered banquettes. The walls are decorated with tasteful artwork that combines light and textural materials. A DJ booth is housed in the main bar, which is behind the eating area, and is encircled by a golden bamboo display case.

Located on the Plaza Level of Chelsea’s storied Maritime Hotel, La Sirena offers two distinct dining experiences. The Dining Room speaks to an elegant, more traditional multi-coursed meal. The Bar Room represents a relaxed extension of The Dining Room, fitting whether you’re looking for snacks, a full meal, or you just want to dive head first into a bowl of pasta and call it a day. The menu, which draws from the entire Italian peninsula, may be ordered either “prezzo fisso” or a la carte and is punctuated with a selection of inventive desserts by Pastry Chef Thea Habjanic, ending every meal on a sweet note. During the warmer months, La Sirena features a sprawling 4000 square foot patio, uniquely situated one story above street level, providing an unparalleled al fresco drinking and dining experience.
