The Glowacki family took over in 1927, expanding the building with a basement excavated during the Great Depression and exterior renovations in the late 1950s, and introduced in-house catering in the late 1960s. Brian and Karen Swessel purchased the business in 1998, becoming its third family ownership. The venue offers two banquet rooms for private events. The Alpine Room, with cathedral ceilings and original hardwood floors, seats up to 350 guests for dinner and includes a raised mezzanine for a band, DJ, or additional seating. The Heritage Room accommodates up to 100 guests and suits showers, birthday parties, holiday gatherings, retirement parties, and small weddings or anniversaries.
