In the heart of West Chelsea, NY, our venue is located in the center of one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in Manhattan. Positioned just steps from the High Line, our venue is a short walk from Hudson Yards, the Vessel, and some of the most inspiring backdrops in the city. Our building was once a former textile mill with twelve-foot ceilings and massive walls of factory windows. With polished concrete and a white lacquered floor, Eden is flooded with soft daylight throughout the day. The way the sun bounces off the adjacent buildings creates a gorgeous splash of light in the morning and evening on sunny days. The studio has been designed to create a variety of textures and possibilities within one room. INTRODUCING GREYWIND by award-winning Chef Dan Kluger, offering an elevated dining experience in Hudson Yards that creatively highlights seasonal, local ingredients. To complement Chef Kluger’s menu, our beverage program focuses on small, up-and-coming producers, distillers, and brewers in New York. Opened in Spring '23, Greywind boasts an in-house bakery turning out baked goods, snacks, and grab-and-go lunch 7 days a week, to a full-service dining room and bar, to event venues on the 43rd floor of the Set building, to a cozy cocktail bar, Spygold, located just beneath the restaurant, complete with plush furniture and a fire-lit lodge atmosphere. Patent Pending is located in the cellar of the Radio Wave Building, a New York City landmark building where Nikola Tesla lived and performed his experiments in the late 19th century. Patent Pending provides an intimate private event experience that embodies aspects of both a discreet speakeasy and upscale cocktail club. Once here, your private party will be transported into the back bar, with a lovely, low-ceiling, mirrored foyer for eight (3 stools), five banquettes to seat up to twenty-two, and nine bar stools. Behind another hidden archway, The Lab at Patent Pending awaits with a large booth for ten, another booth for twelve, a dance floor and five bar seats. Food will be served in the cafe up front, and the entire space both front and back can be yours. For groups of 12 or more, The Lab can be yours either privately or shared. TwoFortyThirty is a vintage 1894 firehouse in the heart of Chelsea/Hudson Yards that has been transformed into an upscale, intimate event space. The first and third floors embody a glamorous SoHo House-feel, perfect for sophisticated events, showcases, tastings, meetings, photo/film shoots, and so much more. The second floor of TwoFortyThirty features impressive private offices with state-of-the-art technology. Offices also have access to two conference rooms, a kitchen, and use of the event floors. In the summer of 2023, TwoFortyThirty will proudly open the rooftop for intimate private soirees.
