The estate was established by Jim and Mariann, who shaped the property around Italian countryside aesthetics and a philosophy of homegrown hospitality passed down through generations. Current owners Brittney and Dustin have carried that legacy forward, hosting weddings, private gatherings, and community classes and events across the grounds. Couples can exchange vows in the gardens, by the orchard and pond, or on the bridge, with receptions held in the villa's grand hall by the fireplace, its screened porch, or under tents set up on the property.
