The Van Benthuysen-Elms Mansion is a beautiful example of Italianate style architecture, providing exquisite grandeur to St. Charles Avenue and the Garden District of New Orleans. The historical Elms Mansion is complemented with period furnishings and surrounded by lovely gardens and patios. Intimate event room 2three4, which is located on the mezzanine level of the Pythian Building, has been designed with contemporary finishes and industrial light fixtures. In this space, which can seat up to 150 guests, you can have corporate events such as cocktail parties, holiday parties, or use it as a cocktail hour or overflow space for major events that include the Laurenia ballroom as well. The ballroom, which overlooks Duncan Plaza, is decorated with hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light, and restored ironwork from the original structure. Indoors, the 3,500 square feet of space can comfortably seat 250 people in comfort. Fleur de Lis Event Center is an all-inclusive wedding and event venue in Mandeville, Louisiana, on the Northshore about 35 minutes from New Orleans. Housed in a movie theater transformed over three years, the space was designed to evoke a New Orleans spring evening — stucco walls, brick columns, gas lanterns, and signature star-lit ceilings. Each ballroom opens onto its own private courtyard with brick walls, greenery, and a permanent wrought-iron ceremony dome and chandelier.
