The Palm Sophia Rooftop is a beautiful and sophisticated event and filming area that is located in the middle of Culver City. The neighboring main room has the privilege of having forty percent of its walls and glass doors that can fully accordion away to connect to fresh air for your comfort. In addition, we have a huge outdoor area and a rooftop space (can also be closed). The breathtaking rooftop is the crown gem of our three-story structure that has a total of 17,000 square feet of flexible creative space. We are happy to accommodate filming and photography shoots, in addition to providing a full-service event department for pop-up shops, weddings, mitzvahs, religious ceremonies, birthday parties, and corporate as well as entertainment events of any size. Accessed through a private entrance on West 4th Street, the venue spans 6,000 square feet of serviceable space and draws on the atmosphere of a classic supper club — dark leather banquettes, mirrored surfaces, warm red lighting, disco balls, and walls lined with framed photographs. The venue accommodates up to 350 guests across its full 6,000-square-foot footprint, or up to 150 guests in the 3,000-square-foot half-venue configuration. A central bar anchors the main room, with seating areas arranged around a dedicated dance floor. A coat check and scullery round out the facility. The sisters came up with the idea to launch 1010 Wine and Events based on Leslie's prior experience in the hospitality industry and LeAnn's knowledge of wine as well as her passion for the beverage. The UCI Student Center Conference Center is a 53,680-square-foot event facility at the University of California, Irvine, open daily from 7:00 a.m. to midnight and available to both campus departments and off-campus clients. Situated in the heart of campus adjacent to Aldrich Park and the Ring Mall — the defining circular pathway connecting UCI's primary buildings — the conference center serves as the primary resource for meetings, seminars, conferences, and social events on campus. The conference center encompasses a range of configurable indoor spaces, from intimate boardrooms to a 403-seat auditorium, accommodating gatherings of all sizes.
