The Willow Tree is a countryside wedding and event venue set on five acres just outside Tipp City, Ohio, built around an 1830s Federal-style home and a century-old celebration barn. The home's original section was built by Samuel and Mary Pearson, later expanded by Captain Newell Kerr in 1853, and the property served as part of the Underground Railroad.
