The Moore Mansion is best suited to weddings and other formal celebrations that call for a historic estate as a backdrop, with six private, gated acres along the Columbia River in Pasco, Washington available for the ceremony, reception, and photos in one place. Built by prominent northwest developer James A. Moore, the three-story neoclassical (Beaux Arts) mansion has been recently restored and is available for a limited number of weddings, receptions, family reunions, and quinceañeras. Ceremonies take place on the grounds before guests move to the 2,400-square-foot event pavilion over a checkerboard granite patio, or to the extra-large gazebo with dance floor lighting, for the reception. The bride prepares in a dressing room inside the main house while the groom readies in the carriage house, and toasts and bouquet tosses take place from the mansion's north patio. The property accommodates up to 450 guests for a reception dinner, and a 1963 Rolls-Royce is available for photos on site. The Moore Mansion is also one of the few venues in the area that allows live bands and mariachi for outdoor celebrations, with the pavilion equipped with a swamp cooler to keep guests comfortable.

The Majestic Ballroom has been a fixture of downtown Bellingham since 1916. A historical landmark at the beautifully landscaped corner of North Forest and East Maple Street, the venue greets guests with high ceilings, ornate architectural detail, and a Steinway Grand Piano set on more than 4,400 square feet of oak flooring — room enough for special gatherings, live music, and dancing. The classically elegant main hall accommodates up to 350 guests for dining events or 450 seated theater-style, and an abundance of private rooms — including a newly remodeled bride's room with connecting bathroom — supports event preparations, meetings, and changing. Every event and wedding package includes 200 chairs, 42 round tables, 17 banquet tables, a podium and microphone, a sound system, a projection screen, the Steinway Grand Piano, and full use of the kitchen for the caterer of the host's choice. A 2,000-square-foot lower ballroom with a dance floor, mirrors, bar, and stage can be bundled with a main ballroom rental, and parking for nearly 50 cars is available on the street and behind the building.

Crystal Mountain Resort sits in the Cascade Mountains near Enumclaw, Washington, framed by views of Mount Rainier, Mount Baker, Mount St. Helens, and Mount Adams. The resort hosts weddings and private events on its mountaintop grounds, with the Mt. Rainier Gondola carrying couples and guests nearly 2,500 vertical feet to Washington's highest-elevation ceremony location. Four venues anchor the resort's wedding program. The Mt. Rainier Platform is an outdoor ceremony space on the summit ridgeline, accommodating up to 200 guests with panoramic volcano views. Wallace Falls State Park, which borders the Lodge and offers guests over 12 miles of hiking trails as well as the iconic 265-foot cascade, is just a short drive away. This vacation rental property is ideal for a number of occasions, including celebrations, reunions, and business meetings, among others. Nestled in the magnificent Cascade Foothills on approximately ten acres, The Wallace Falls Lodge makes for a stunning and charming wedding setting. The sweeping green lawns, ceremonial arch, and backdrop of Cascade Mountain create the ideal location for a wedding ceremony. The Lodge is an excellent choice if you are looking for an outdoor venue that gives you the freedom to pick your own caterer and purchase your own wine, as well as the convenience of sleeping on site. However, the Lodge grounds can accommodate up to 300 guests in addition to the 120 included in our wedding packages. While staying at the Wallace Falls Lodge, your wedding party will be able to unwind and enjoy themselves. Featuring a spacious, well-furnished living room, dining room, kitchen, and private bathrooms in each of the cabin's ten bedrooms, our custom-built log lodge sleeps up to 20 people. Providence Academy is a historic event venue in downtown Vancouver, Washington, offering three rentable spaces — the Chapel, the Ballroom, and the outdoor Plaza — available individually or together. The Ballroom seats up to 225 guests theater-style with additional rental chairs and includes a stage, high ceilings, large windows, and artist-painted columns, making it suited to wedding receptions, fundraisers, graduations, and corporate events. The Chapel, with stained-glass windows and intricate woodwork, is used for wedding ceremonies, memorial services, and music performances, and rental includes access to two preparation suites for getting ready before an event. The Plaza is an outdoor courtyard available as an add-on to a Ballroom rental, suited to cocktail hours or casual mingling. Rentals include round, rectangular, and bistro tables with padded chairs set up by on-site event staff, a bar structure, a catering prep kitchen, Wi-Fi, a podium, easels, heating and air conditioning, and indoor restrooms. Audiovisual equipment — a built-in projector and screen, two projection TVs, wireless microphones, and a Bluetooth sound system — is available for an additional fee. The building, an iconic Vancouver landmark holding the history of Clark County, sits less than a mile from downtown Vancouver and the Vancouver waterfront, with easy access to Interstate 5 and Highway 14 and free on-site parking.

Nisqually Winds Mountain House is a private, appointment-only event property set among log-built structures in Ashford, Washington, just miles from the Nisqually entrance to Mt. Rainier National Park. The two-story main house is finished in honey-toned cedar log siding beneath a steep gabled roofline with a triangular peak window, and its upper level opens onto a wraparound deck hung with flower baskets that overlooks the grounds below. A separate wood-post covered pavilion, roofed in standing-seam metal, stands just off the main house and opens on all sides to the surrounding fir forest. Flagstone patios and boulder-lined garden beds connect the buildings, and a wooden arbor set against the tree line serves as a backdrop for outdoor ceremonies. The grounds look out toward Mt. Rainier, Mt. Beljika, and Mt. Wow, with the Nisqually River running through the surrounding land, its current audible across the property. Nisqually Winds Mountain House hosts weddings and receptions, gatherings, reunions, and corporate events, and is shown to prospective clients by appointment only.

Built in 1908 by Edward Jenne, a German immigrant and Coupeville resident, the Jenne Farm cluster took shape as a house, barn, summer kitchen, workshop, and granary, all raised from a single barge-load of wood. Jenne grazed sheep and worked some of the highest per-acre wheat yields of his era on the land. The farm later passed out of the family, and in 2000 new owners purchased the property with the goal of preserving it as a working farm; by December 2002, Jenne Farm had become part of Ebey's Landing National Historic Reserve. Located one mile south of Coupeville and surrounded by 140 acres of crops, forest, and scrub, the property offers sweeping views of farmland, prairie, or water from every window and the wrap-around porch of the 1908 farmhouse. The grounds accommodate outdoor weddings and reunions for up to 125 guests, and the farmhouse itself — with four large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room, fireplace room, and parlor — is available for multi-night wedding weekend stays as well as shorter vacation getaways.

The Center for Urban Horticulture is a 16-acre landscaped campus of the University of Washington Botanic Gardens, established in 1984 alongside the adjoining 74-acre Union Bay Natural Area, an ecological restoration laboratory where more than 200 bird species have been documented. Its buildings sit within display gardens and greenhouses used for horticultural research and education. At the center of the campus, Merrill Hall was the first certified "green building" on the UW Seattle campus and houses the Center's administrative offices, the Elisabeth C. Miller Library, and the Otis Douglas Hyde Herbarium. The Center rents both indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, mitzvahs, memorials, conferences, and retreats, accommodating groups of 20 to 200 guests indoors and up to 350 outdoors. NHS Hall, the Center's main reception venue, can be divided into three sections and opens onto McVay Courtyard, while the adjoining glass-enclosed Merrill Commons serves as supplementary space for dining, breakout sessions, and dancing. Outdoors, couples and groups can gather among the trees of Goodfellow Grove or on the open Event Lawn, surrounded by the Center's gardens.

Wild Ginger has occupied the corner of 3rd Avenue and Union Street in downtown Seattle, across from Benaroya Hall, since 2000, when founders Rick and Ann Yoder moved the restaurant from its original home below Pike Place Market into a building that once housed a vaudeville theatre. The space was designed by NBBJ, and its basement later became home to The Triple Door, the music and performance venue that opened in 2003. The kitchen draws on recipes gathered from Malaysia, Burma, Thailand, Singapore, and Hong Kong, served family style so guests share dishes across the table, alongside a wine program the restaurant treats with the same care as its food menu. For private dining, the downtown location offers the Lion Room, Dragon Room, Mezzanine Lounge, Union St. Dining Room, and a set of four configurable Mezzanine Rooms that combine to seat up to 64 guests. Between these settings, Wild Ginger accommodates gatherings from an intimate dinner for five to a corporate reception for five hundred, making it a flexible choice for everything from small private dinners to large-scale celebrations.
