The Flood Mansion, located in San Francisco's Pacific Heights area and home to the Schools of the Sacred Heart, turns from a school to a private event venue with over 6,000 square feet of space available for rental throughout the day. The Flood Mansion is a symphony of classical styles, including elements from the Italian Renaissance, Rococo, Tudor, and Georgian periods. Since Mrs. Flood bequeathed her home to the Religious of the Sacred Heart in 1939, this exquisite building, built in 1915, has been well conserved. Despite the fact that the facility is now a private school, it is nevertheless open for special events after school hours and on weekends. Our stunning Grand Hall and other rooms can accommodate up to 165 people for seated parties and up to 299 people for reception-style events. We can mix and match the ideal combination of rooms for your event's needs, or use just one for a smaller, more intimate gathering, thanks to the flexibility provided by the multiple spaces.

Its name honors Saint George — a symbol of strength and faith — and the property reflects that heritage through its Mediterranean-styled architecture and its lineup of Portuguese varietals planted alongside California classics. The estate produces Zinfandel, Verdelho, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Syrah, and Alicante Bouschet, each crafted with attention to the lighter color and full fruit flavor characteristic of the Portuguese style. Dunsmuir Hellman Historic Estate occupies 50 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds in a crescent-shaped valley near the southeastern edge of Oakland, California. At its heart stands a 37-room Neoclassical Revival mansion built in 1899, surrounded by sprawling lawns, duck-filled ponds, and gardens whose design was informed by John McLaren, the landscape architect best known for shaping San Francisco's Golden Gate Park. The estate is owned and operated by the City of Oakland's Parks, Recreation & Youth Development department and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Four distinct outdoor and indoor event spaces accommodate gatherings ranging from intimate ceremonies of 50 guests on the Mansion Veranda to receptions and corporate events of up to 200 guests in the Garden Pavilion. The estate is available for weddings, receptions, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, corporate retreats, seminars, and family reunions. Every event at the estate is supported by a reservations clerk who oversees planning details from booking through event day, with an on-site event coordinator present during the event itself.

The National Forest entirely encircles the 80 acres of our property. Our three sizable meadows offer expansive views of the mountains nearby, and the property has lovely streams meandering through them. We are situated in the Sierra Nevada Mountains' Tahoe National Forest. Independence Lake is only two miles away, Truckee/Donner Lake is 30 minutes away, and Lake Tahoe is 45 minutes away. We have a late-June to mid-September season. Our three-day wedding package gives you plenty of time to plan and set the stage for one of the most significant days of your lives. Our fee covers three days of use of our 80-acre property. This means that you have the entire day on Friday and the early hours of Saturday to prepare for your very own special and customized wedding. The major event will then be ready on Saturday afternoon and evening. Sunday is your entire day to unwind and take out any personal belongings. The cabin is the ideal location for the bridal party to get ready for your extraordinarily special day. There are numerous ceremony locations available (on a meadow, a lawn with a beautiful view, or next to a mountain stream surrounded by aspen trees).

Kilham Farm is a 63-acre privately owned farm located in Nicasio Valley, only 30 miles north of San Francisco and adjacent to wine country. Storrier Stearns Japanese Garden is a two-acre historic garden estate in a residential neighborhood of Pasadena, California, available for private events and special celebrations. Designed by renowned landscape architect Kinzuchi Fujii between 1935 and 1940 for Charles and Ellamae Storrier Stearns, it is recognized as the only intact example in the United States of a major Japanese-style garden created for a private residence in the years leading up to World War II. Following a comprehensive restoration completed in 2013 under the direction of Dr. Takeo Uesugi of Cal Poly Pomona, the property was reimagined as a shared space for the community. The garden features a hill-and-pond stroll garden with a 25-foot waterfall, an arched wooden bridge, Japanese granite statuary, and a formal teahouse overlooking the pond — all framed by mature sycamore, oak, and Japanese maple trees. Private event rental provides exclusive use of the entire property, accommodating up to 120 seated guests or 150 for standing receptions.
