Located in the beautiful Napa Valley, Del Dotto Family Wineries & Caves focus on small production, premium wines. Dave Del Dotto has spent the past 25 years acquiring vineyards in some of the best American Viticultural Areas including Rutherford, Oakville, St. Helena, Howell Mountain, and Fort Ross-Seaview Sonoma Coast. Currently, the family produces cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, merlot, sangiovese and sauvignon blanc from the Napa Valley vineyards, as well as pinot noir, chardonnay and limited amounts of syrah, sauvignon blanc, sparkling grenache and mourvedre from the Cinghiale Vineyard in the King Ridge region of the Sonoma Coast. With a family name rooted in winemaking since the 1400s, wine was in Dave’s veins. He started collecting bottles in the late ‘80s. In 1988, he was on a wine-buying trip in Napa Valley with his wife Yolanda when they stumbled upon a beautiful 1912 Frank Lloyd Wright craftsman house located in the desirable Rutherford appellation. Dave had a palate for fine wines and a love for real estate, and he knew the Rutherford property had the potential to produce some remarkable grapes. He and Yolanda purchased the 17-acre property on the spot after falling in love with the view. Shortly after, the family moved from Kona, Hawaii, and in 1990, continued the 800-year old Del Dotto legacy by planting new rootstock of cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, merlot and sangiovese. Dave and Yolanda, along with their two children, Desiree and Giovanni, live and work in Napa Valley, overseeing the operations of their three wineries: Historic Del Dotto, Del Dotto Estate and Piazza Del Dotto. The family’s impact is noticeable across all aspects of the business—from the vineyards to the tasting rooms and caves—the wine, the food pairings, the architecture, ambiance and décor are all influenced by the family’s desire to offer every guest the best winery experience in Napa Valley. While the wines are their masterpiece, a great wine tasting must have world-class food that brings the wine to life. The Moniker Warehouse is a modern industrial venue in downtown San Diego's dynamic East Village that lends itself to weddings, concerts, fundraisers, art events, and whatever else you can throw our way. The adaptable urban setting is a blank canvas waiting to be altered by your creativity. A bright and airy drinking room leads into a rustic main space with exposed pillars, original white brick walls, market lights, and garage access. The space can accommodate receptions of up to 160 people, mix-and-mingle events of up to 250 people, and concerts of up to 300 people. In early 2022, the Warehouse will undergo some interesting upgrades. We're expanding the main space by 1,500 square feet, adding a bridal room, and updating the lighting. Sound equipment, tables, seats, lighting, a bridal suite, and a full list of vendors are all included in the venue rental. The Amy King Dundon-Berchtold University Club of USC occupies King Stoops Hall on the University of Southern California campus in Los Angeles — a former Los Angeles Public Library that underwent a full renovation in 2012 and was renamed in 2016 following a generous gift from Amy King Dundon-Berchtold. The club has served as a gathering place for the USC community for decades, offering settings for formal dining, informal get-togethers, meetings, and private events. The venue accommodates private receptions, weddings, rehearsal dinners, symposiums, and corporate events for up to 180 guests. The building traces its origins to 1913 and served as an active school through 1952, earning a distinctive place in the local community's history. Encompassing 4,083 square feet, the center offers flexible options for meetings, gatherings, and private events. The Covina Center for the Performing Arts is a historic theater located in the heart of Downtown Covina, California. Originally opened in 1920, the venue has long served as an entertainment and cultural destination for the San Gabriel Valley. In December 2022, the City of Covina acquired the theater to preserve it as a performing arts space and anchor for the city's downtown district. Today, the center operates as a creative performing arts hub offering comedy shows, theater productions, musicals, and private event rentals. A partnership with The Laugh Factory brings regular comedy club performances, including appearances by well-known comedians, to the venue's historic stage. The facility is available for private rental and accommodates a variety of occasions — from weddings and film productions to meetings and community gatherings.
