Worthe Ranch is configured to work beautifully for a plethora of events including weddings, quinceañeras, bat/bar mitzvahs, and other private parties. The front of the property is bordered by walls with large commercial gates which provide exceptional access (even for semi trucks), security, privacy, and valet staging. Cars, food trucks, vendor equipment, and portable bathrooms will all fit comfortably along the 25’ wide gravel “loop” bordering the 10’ decomposed granite “track” and massive grass field. The 1,200 SF Ranch House on site is a part of the venue rental and is a fully furnished “set worthy” midcentury-themed time capsule perfect for photos, final pre-ceremony makeup touches/outfit changes, cooking, or just hanging out with a glass of whiskey.

One On One Recording Studios is a state of the art recording studio in Los Angeles offering professional audio engineering and mixing services to both major and independent record labels in the music industry. We provide top quality work in a private, comfortable and creative environment. Built in 1982, the studio has been a home to the likes of: Etta James, Patti LaBelle, Cher, Metallica, KISS, Mötley Crüe, Megadeth, Poison, Donna Summer, Bon Jovi, Eddie Van Halen, Rod Stewart, Ozzy Osbourne, REO Speedwagon, Alice in Chains, Aretha Franklin, Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, Quincy Jones, Bruce Springsteen, Natalie Cole, Aretha Franklin and many more. Known to have the best drum room in Los Angeles, it was a part of the creation and recording of numerous albums, including Metallica’s “…And Justice For All” & “The Black Album”.

“Gilded Age glam” and “mid-century swank” coalesce under the mood lighting of this sensuous restaurant space. This upscale Toluca Lake eatery styles itself as a “supper club,” exhibiting all of the poise you’d expect from such a chic designation. With backdrops that wouldn’t look out of place in a James Bond picture, this sauve space tantalizes the senses with middle eastern carpets, velvet seating, and ample indigo blue accents. Ornately bound antique books line the walls, recalling 19th century studies and drawing rooms. Rich blues, ripe reds, and warm mahogany color the space, crowned by rows of exposed beams overhead. World-class cuisine is artfully served on handmade clay dinnerware, with luxurious offerings like wagyu rib and “lollipop” seafood skewers. This sprawling 3800-square-foot restaurant has already housed an array of private events. With 140-seating capacity, and 300 standing, it was conceived in part as a music venue. The Grammy-winning owner of this creative space ensured that it would feature superb acoustics during its buildout, contributing to its partial identity as a first-class music venue. The Meyer Constellation acoustic system carefully calibrates the restaurant’s sound and is able to shift the acoustic balance at the tap of a button.
