White Space Chelsea
White Space Chelsea is a versatile and dynamic event venue in the heart of Chelsea, New York’s premier gallery district. Spreading over a luminous surface of 4,000 sq feet, the space is located at street level, nestled between Petzel Gallery and Pace Gallery on 25th Street. The venue caters to a wide range of needs and is perfect for pop-up exhibitions, fashion events, private parties, corporate gatherings, brand launches, and more. It boasts generous street-level windows, an ample front area with a reception desk followed by a mezzanine and a brightly-sunlit skylight room. Our modern gallery venue can host up to 250 people with 13’ - 16’ high ceilings, concrete floors, glass frontage, and a variety of professional AV options. The venue also features a refrigerator and kitchenette, customizable lighting, and other state-of-the-art equipment. The unique layout offers our clients the opportunity to enjoy different experiences within the same space. Broadway Community and Activity Center
Founded in 2022, The Broad Center is a grassroots organization driven by a bold mission: to dismantle systemic inequities and empower New Yorkers impacted by poverty, homelessness, addiction, mental illness, and social exclusion. What began as a local outreach effort distributing meals and hygiene kits has quickly grown into a vital safety net for thousands across the city. Our work centers around three core service categories: Crisis Support & Stabilization – Housing assistance, harm reduction outreach, daily meals, and essential goods for individuals navigating homelessness, addiction, or acute need. - Health & Wellness – Trauma-informed mental health services, overdose prevention education, and a safe space for healing, rest, and community. - Empowerment & Opportunity – Job readiness programs, structured workshops, digital access, and referrals to long-term care, housing, and employment partners. We work with a deeply diverse and resilient community—primarily Black and Latinx New Yorkers—many of whom are immigrants, LGBTQ+ individuals, elders, or single parents facing multiple systemic barriers. To date, we’ve registered over 2,700 registered members. Our approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and rooted in lived experience. Our staff and volunteers are often members of the very communities we serve, allowing us to provide care that is not only accessible but deeply resonant. As part of our current fundraising efforts to promote our non-profit, we are renting out our Community Center for events. Our large, open space is perfect for a variety of occasions. NEBULA
Located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, near Bryant Park, this stunning nightclub and private event space provides a full-service event experience. Nebula combines technology, entertainment, art, and fashion to create extraordinary experiences. Starting from the gorgeous front doors leading into the sleek and modern lobby entrance, this venue transforms endlessly into a space that is like no other. The 10,000 sq. ft. venue features 30-foot-high ceilings, with a wide-open layout, a large performance stage, state-of-the-art sound system, and a fully immersive 1,700 square feet of LED screen panels to project custom branding, lighting, and design elements. The vision of Nebula was created and designed by the leading entertainment design firm, Upper Class International Designers (Hong Kong) Limited. Sony Hall
Sony Hall is a one-of-a-kind venue that flawlessly blends its incredible history and breathtaking design with the Sony Corporation’s state-of-the art technology. First opened in 1938 by theatrical showman and impresario Billy Rose, the venue—formerly known as the Diamond Horseshoe—was famous for its dinner theater shows, vaudeville-style revues, and a chorus of showgirls called “Billy Rose’s Long-Stemmed Beauties.” It quickly became one of the most iconic venues of the vaudeville era, and was later known for the off-Broadway hit “Queen of the Night”. In 2009, the French renaissance, art deco and baroque detailed building received architectural recognition by being designated a New York City landmark. After “Queen of the Night” closed, the space reopened as Sony Hall in 2018—a multi-genre live music hall—leaving much of the venue’s dynamic design intact. The landmark space has been restored and now offers a personalized experience for any private event as a full-service venue. The space that once housed one of New York City’s most popular nightclubs, Output, is now re-imagined as a multi functional hospitality event venue in its next chapter. 74Wythe is 15,000 square feet of hospitality spanning 3 stories across 4 interconnected spaces, offering virtually unlimited configurations. Each space delivers a unique design, while carrying common themes throughout and preserving the building’s 1929 origins. The entryway mosaic of 74Wythe pays homage to its history as a spice blending factory, formerly known as Superior Ingredients. The Main Room, suitable for engagements ranging from a black tie fundraiser to a product launch, boasts a full-service bar, performance stage and a large Mezzanine with its own bathroom suites, additional bar and Greenroom overlooking the dance floor. The Main Room offers a full-service, dedicated kitchen; a cloakroom; and two exclusive street entrances to accommodate a variety of programming. The expansive, redeveloped Rooftop offers west-facing waterfront and Manhattan skyline views from four distinct seating sections. The main roof deck is fully covered by a glass retractable canopy ensuring events will go on in all four seasons and regardless of weather.
