  What exactly is TUFFET? To put it another way, it's a cheese/meat/bar establishment. It consists of over a dozen handmade cheeses as well as eight prepared and cured meats and sausages. Craft beer and fine wine are on the menu. Cocktails and coffee will be served, as well as a seasonal sangria to brag about to your friends.
