The property incorporates reclaimed materials gathered from the original New Home Cotton Gin, abandoned barns and farmhouses, and fences from around the community, along with vintage signage collected over the years. The venue's Main Barn, built from rusted tin and reclaimed fence wood, holds up to around 300 guests and serves as the setting for wedding ceremonies and receptions, along with birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, and other events. The Olde Grain Barn, the property's first addition, dates to 1951 and seats up to 150 guests for a ceremony; it doubles as a rain backup space and a spot for rehearsal dinners on its adjoining patio. Additional features on the grounds include a bridal suite, a groom's quarters known as the Old Farm House, and Mabel, a more than 35-foot elm tree that shades outdoor ceremonies.
